They started off by sending a predatory letter that matched some of the information on my actual warranty but advised that I hadn't activated my warranty yet and needed to do so before an arbitrary deadline. After getting scammed into taking out a 2nd auto warranty, I tried to cancel over the phone but they kept pushing me to keep my policy with them. 0 stars. Predatory, misleading, scam. Scum of the earth company. If I was elderly I probably wouldve been fooled by their tactics. Telling you you have X amount of time to call them and its a final notice. Very bottom of letter in light grey print it says its an advertisement, theyre very clearly trying to fool innocent people and take advantage of the elderly/vulnerable people who believe their letter is legitimate/official. Zero Star. $250 a month until **** for insurance on car repairs! The "notice" does not identify the sender. The "notice" has the appearance of an official document from ****** The agent told my wife that she did not need to talk to her husband about such a purchase of insurance because he was "sure she was smart enough to make a decision on your ********** away from these people. This is a marginally legal business.

I purchased a warranty yesterday (11/28/23) on my *** via of a down payment on my credit card through this company. I decided to use CC instead of debit, just in case. Their name was not on the mailer, so I didnt know who they were until I saw the email they sent after the purchase. Then I read reviews. I phoned this morning to cancel. We received a letter that was very verbose and misleading. It would seem to imply that our warranty was going to expire on the brand new *** we purchased in 9/2023. It claimed we had to "activate" our warranty as if it were ordered but not activated. We did purchase an extended warranty with the dealer so thought it may be related to that, but ***** (if I recall correctly), informed me they are a different service provider and that the services we have are not reliable and are in business for 2-3 years.
