Well as of 7 November 2022 the Elena's group call the dealership and ask them did the transmission slip. So the question is if I didn't know what slipping was how would know if it slipping or not. Second as a customer when you spend your money you should not be wait on an adjuster to make a decision on weather the customer need a rental vehicle after the technician state problems is confirmed they shouldn't be a hold up for the customer to get a rental. How can my warranty be out and not activated It's a new vehicle and the dealer activates the factory warranty when the deliver the vehicle. terrible customer service called to get information after receiving a flyer in the mail. fast talking flim flam salesman. never answered my questions about the extended warranty that I already have, except to say his was the best. run away from these clowns.

I just got the threatening pink card that makes it sound as though my brand new vehicle Warranty would lapse. This should not presented on a brand new vehicle. And the company knows it's brand new because the card has the year of the vehicle. Which is this year.

After I figured out what it really was, I called to cancel as I didnt need an extended warranty. After she kept raising her voice and kept arguing with me why I was canceling and that I wouldnt back down. She said I would be refunded in 10 days and hung up. I will definitely keep a close watch if I get refunded.

I got a sketchy almost 'official looking' type of pink slip notice that my warranty was about to run out and to act fast, despite the fact that I just got the car and activated a brand new warranty. Being a new car buyer and outright dumb I went through with the call and gave them information to charge me for a down-payment, and a 5 YEAR plan. Glad all issues were solved. They reimbursed me for $395 initial payment and put stop to the other recurrent payments for $200+ . When I realized it was a scam( they send me a letter with my car lease company logoI called my company and **** not sent me anything. I called Eleras again . In order to keep me the lowered my monthly payments from 200 to 74 dollars plus. The customer reps are rude and they try to convince the customer that are not scam. They also told me they were BBB approved when actually they are not.The worst... read more

I am beyond furious with this company. My car has been in the shop since the 2nd week of June and it is now the second week of August. I have lost my job do to lack of transportation. They only cover up to $250 for a rental which is about a week. My dealership just gave me a car 3 days ago. They keep ordering faulty parts to put in my car that are not working.
