How can I leave zero stars?They sent me a letter with ****** letterhead telling me I would be fined if I didnt get a vehicle warranty.I called and the guy literally told me he represented ******. He lied so well that I paid for one month. Took me some investigation to find out who I bought insurance from,.I Receive Final notices with my vehicle name and year on the Final Notices saying failure to call them by a certain date, they have the right to revoke my eligibility for coverage. Which I did buy from them. Tried to tell me that my CVT transmission for my 2013 Infiniti G37X was endanger of needing to be replaced. Made me laugh because my vehicle doesn't have a CVT transmission. Then he proceeded to act like I was the one who doesn't know anything about my own vehicle. I told them to never contact me again and they continue to harass me.

This company is a complete scam. Sent us multiple letters. When my husband called the *** was extremely rude and said my husband didnt know what he was talking about because we have an extended warranty through our dealership and the *** kept saying that was incorrect. After talking over my husband and saying he would cancel for non payment when we have nothing through them my husband kept asking for a supervisor and the *** refused and hung up. Mail and phone call stalkers! This company has sent me 45 letters stating I own a ***** Malibu and to call for extended warranty. I have NEVER owned a ***** Malibu, have called them 3 times to take me off their mailing list and they continue to send mail. It is really harassment at this point and they need to be stopped or honor a consumer when they ask a business to STOP bothering them!

I have received a letter with no letterhead, no business name on it, and it states very clearly that their records indicate that we have not contacted us regarding the vehicle service contract on your vehicle. First of all, I do not have a vehicle service contract with them, second the only way I know who this is is to call them. Predatory and deceptive. If I could leave 0 stars I would! They sent a letter to my elderly mother with the words "Time Sensitive" on the top in big red letters. She called them and asked what they were and if they were her insurance company and they said yes, we need to set you up with a contract. She agreed and gave them her credit card into over. If only I could leave a 0. This is scam. Letter from what it looks like Tesla. I recently purchased a vehicle with ***** so I always get mail. Nowhere does it say Eleras automotive group. I called they had my information. They said I didnt buy the warranty when I purchased the car and they are teslas warranty.
