Liar and scam artists! Stated I would be charged once a year not monthly, not even affiliated with where I got the car from

I was quoted by representative *** ****** $189 for 24 months, with nothing after that up to 85 months. Seemed too good to be true, and it was. I asked for an email, and when I dug into it a little further, it became clear that it was $189 PER MONTH for 24 months.Big difference. If I could leave zero stars I would. Predatory and unsolicited mailing and repeat calls harassing for payment. They'll leave a nice little apology under this comment and continue to do it to others because it's not illegal, it's just them being a bully. It's a shame that a business with an actual product behaves in a way to mislead and harass people in order to make ends meet.

Im a old woman and this company agent called me last December and got my credit card information to pay the ***** factory warranty, because he said my warranty will be expired and this is Tesla customer service auto insurance. I trusted him and ************* and give him my credit card information.I waited to sign the paperwork but I never received any paperwork from this . The agent put our mileage down incorrectly 4000 mileage difference!WRONG !!! On our new policy. I called customer service and spoke with 8 different people. Spoke with supervisor Unhelpful and said it was our fault. Please someone call me .***** R

Got a letter in the mail thought it was from my dealership about my warranty. Ended up canceling after reading their reviews about up charging and got it cancelled. I want to be taking off their list and not to receive anymore mail or any contact from them.

Horrible--they pray on the elderly and poor, smooth talkers. Tell you you pay a one time charge and then the next month they take money from you. I filed a fraud report with my bank and they immediately stopped the payment. The next morning I got 11 calls in a row from them, never leaving a message. They are slick, they had information about the car I had just bought and everything. Thank god my bank was fast to resolve this issue.
