We didn’t have insurance for our last lab who needed disc surgery. Between vet neurosurgeon we paid $10,000. When Augie, our present lab, joined our family we purchased Embrace insurance. Embrace has covered all of the bills they were supposed to (and quickly). We owned a dog grooming shop for the majority of Augie’s 12 years and referred many of our customers to the company. Customer service is wonderful although I rarely have to call. Very satisfied with the company!!’
