Excellent customer service. I have used wellness rewards and I have used the insurance coverage for my 11 yr old hound. It is very affordable for dogs of all ages! My claims were always processed quickly.

We have had Embrace insurance for our dog ever since he was a puppy and he is almost 12 years old now. In all of those years, despite our dog being very unlucky and needing some frequent, highly specialized, medical treatments and surgeries, Embrace always accepted the charges from his Primary Care Veterinarian and the charges from the Veterinary Specialists of Tucson doctors. Since I started as member I been treated very well and my claims were taken care of very quickly and no excuses. Every time I call the customer service staff has been very useful. I would recommend them 100%.
