We have had Embrace insurance for our dog ever since he was a puppy and he is almost 12 years old now. In all of those years, despite our dog being very unlucky and needing some frequent, highly specialized, medical treatments and surgeries, Embrace always accepted the charges from his Primary Care Veterinarian and the charges from the Veterinary Specialists of Tucson doctors. Since I started as member I been treated very well and my claims were taken care of very quickly and no excuses. Every time I call the customer service staff has been very useful. I would recommend them 100%.

The accuracy of their claims process is great. It sometimes takes a little bit longer and I would like to get paid for a claim, however when you realize how many claims they probably have to process per day the speed in getting paid actually pretty fast, usually just a few days, and it goes directly to my bank account. If it hadn’t been for the insurance I probably would’ve lost a couple of my pets to illness! Thanks Embrace.
