I always have excellent service from Embrace customer support who clearly explain the process of filing a new claim. Embrace always pays my claims promptly and accurately. The customer support representatives are always warm, friendly, articulate, knowledgeable, and helpful. I don't worry about taking my two dogs to the veterinarian when they are sick or injured because I know we are covered. So far, I am delighted to have Embrace for my pet’s insurance company. Since I just purchased the policy, I will know more after I have used it this year. But, after reviewing numerous options and other pet insurance programs, I am hopeful that I have chosen the best plan for Bella Rose and me. ??

Embrace has had excellent customer service. They have paid my claims promptly. I have had both minor and major claims that have been paid. To everyone who has had issues with claims being paid, I would suggest you read your policy thoroughly. If it is a pre-existing condition that was documented by your vet, it will not be covered. Their list of what they will and will not cover is very complete. Your policy will be long and you need to read it. Just because you think something should be covered, doesn't mean it is. Embrace is definitely and blessing to have but, falls short, at least for me. While reimbursement is a welcomed visitor. This is little comfort when your pets' life hangs in the balance. Direct payment to the provider should be an option. I get it the provider may not want the extra burden of paperwork. The insured should be able to file to obtain pre_ approval, pay their expected percentage and expect the provider to perform the service and receive payment in the 3-5 days allotted. I have had no problem getting my claims paid. The people are friendly & helpful. I feel secure in knowing if my pet gets sick or injured, I should be able to financially be able to help her heal instead of making the Ultimate Final decision. Thanks for the opportunity to share my 2 year experience. I am a veterinary technician and a pre-veterinary student (soon, I will be going to school to become a vet). I have 3 of my cats on an Embrace policy. I do not get a discount, by the way, in case anyone thinks this is rigged since I work in vet med. Two out of three of my cats have some pre-existing conditions. After starting my policy, I have needed to bring them to a vet a few times already for unrelated illnesses (like a UTI which was $500, and then for exercise intolerance which included a $800 bill).
