I always have excellent service from Embrace customer support who clearly explain the process of filing a new claim. Embrace always pays my claims promptly and accurately. The customer support representatives are always warm, friendly, articulate, knowledgeable, and helpful. I don't worry about taking my two dogs to the veterinarian when they are sick or injured because I know we are covered. Embrace has had excellent customer service. They have paid my claims promptly. I have had both minor and major claims that have been paid. To everyone who has had issues with claims being paid, I would suggest you read your policy thoroughly. If it is a pre-existing condition that was documented by your vet, it will not be covered.
