Embrace Pet insurance has been great to us. I have 2 dogs insured for quite some time. They are the better of the insurances out there, and I have had at least 2 other pet insurances in the past and were not satisfied with their customer service. Embrace has GREAT customer service!!! I would highly recommend them.

Full transparency, I just signed up today and haven't had to submit a claim so I can't speak to this experience (and hopefully won't ever have to!). My feedback is related to the sign up process. I've contacted a number of companies to do a comparison on the best option. I signed up with Embrace on the spot. The entire phone call I felt like she was listening to my needs and not just going through a script and thinking what she could sell me.
