I woke up w/happy tears today after many HELLISH years. I am so very thankful to 2 AMAZING women Rachel & Brittany w/@EmbracePetIns that went above & beyond for me yesterday and today. I absolutely love Embrace Pet Insurance. I am so glad that I got this pet insurance on my golden retriever as soon as I adopted him. He was healthy and happy until he developed epilepsy at the age of 3. Embrace has allowed our family to be at ease when it comes to spending money on my dog's treatment. Wow, I'm shocked at the negative reviews. Are we talking about the same company here?? It kind of makes me wonder. My experience is exactly opposite of these negative complaints. They have covered all my claims very quickly. Submitting a claim is a breeze online. Every time I have called I get a person on the phone almost immediately without wait. They are extremely helpful. There is nothing at all for me to complain about.

********. They take your money and run! The customer service from ********************** is the worst I have ever experienced. Just like insurance for humans, Embrace has no intentions of paying claims and they delay and delay and delay avoiding making a formal Claim decision. Not only will I no longer give Embrace my money, I will share my experience with the thousands of people that I know within the online dog community to never consider using this horrible company as their pets insurance carrier.

Very bad experience with Embrace on Feb.11, 2026 I took my dog to our veterinary for his routine physical the veterinary said he was very healthy and it was time to have his teeth clean so I had it done. I thought Embrace would be a good company for us to uses but when it came time to use them put in a claim for my dog dental Extractions which he went under surgery they would not pay for it. I gave them all the information they ask for and they kept coming back for more. I gave them my veterinarian for them to talk to. I Did... read more

BUYER BEWARE: Do not trust Embrace Pet Insurance.I have been a loyal Embrace customer since 2014 over a decade of premiums paid without a single lapse. I followed Embrace's own recommendations every step of the way when setting up and managing my policy.
