I absolutely love Embrace Pet Insurance. I am so glad that I got this pet insurance on my golden retriever as soon as I adopted him. I have been using the company for about a year now and have not had an issue. Every time I need their help they are there. I will keep them for the time being.
Wow, I'm shocked at the negative reviews. Are we talking about the same company here?? It kind of makes me wonder. My experience is exactly opposite of these negative complaints. They have covered all my claims very quickly. Submitting a claim is a breeze online. Every time I have called I get a person on the phone almost immediately without wait. They are extremely helpful. There is nothing at all for me to complain about.
This company is a total scam! They wont cover anything and they double your premiums every single year. Theyre stealing money from every one of their customers and they need to be shut down immediately. They told me that the premium price increases only based on tenure and if you change your coverage it will reset your tenure and lower your premium but then if you ever want to change it back, you will have to go through the review period again and anything that has been discovered since then will then be considered a pre exi... read more

Embrace Pet Insurance Company does not act in good faith. They do not honor their contract. My dog is adopted. They did a thorough search of all health records from previous vet clinics. They established pre-existing conditions based on the data they obtained and then provided a waiting period for services. I have saved these communications. I paid over $300 a month to insure three dogs. I have filed two claims that sit in limbo. I am told they keep needing this or that from the vet. I have uploaded everything they say they need manually using their app. When I address that, they need something else. It's clear that they are never going to pay out, and I am paying a premium for nothing. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!!! Wouldn't even provide any stars. Very disappointed. Beware Embrace considers fatty tumors on a lab a pre-existing condition and will deny you any type of cancer coverage, when fatty tumors are not necessarily cancerous. My labs doctor thought this fatty tumor was suspicious, embrace denied the biopsy and removal citing she had previous fatty tumors aspirated. Anyone who has labs knows they all have fatty tumors.
