Complete waste of money, maybe a total scam. I started my policy when my cat was 4.5 months old and canceled it after a year because he was recently diagnosed with IBD and embrace won't cover ANYTHING digestive related all because my little kitten had one instance of vomiting prior to my policy start date. My premium went from $400 to $800 PER MONTH. They gave generic answers such as rising veterinarian costs in your area and age of pets and other generic reasoning for the increase. Their computer models basically doubled our premium so we would cancel. Now, if I go somewhere else, I may have preexisting conditions that wont be covered under another policy or company. I started making payments since may 2025. The company requested documents and they were forwarded to them. I took my dog for a visit and paid $270.00. I filed out paperwork with the doctor notes for 70% reimbursement And as of today no reimbursement. The premiums have been taken out monthly but no reimbursement. They have requested previous visit for my dog and the documents have been sent and received. My husband and I are retired and I am disabled. This company is getting away with doubling everyones premium and then meeting this with inflation and tenure as a valid justification. Dont waste your time with Embrace, ***** needs to drop all affiliation with these scammers, they do not care about their customers or their pets, very sad. The rising costs in the industry is total BS. I made one call and found a premium that was the same as what I had starting with Embrace 5 years ago before they started doubling the premium each year. Embrace pet insurance will find ways not to pay the claims! My dog ate a bur and was coughing so naturally I took him to the vet. Embrace claims that the bur may not be the cause. Since a day after he ate the bur clearly passing it my dog has been 100% fine. I wonder if a person at Embrace at a few burs if they might cough?? Not worth the coverage as they ****** do not want to cover the dog!

This company is a total scam! They wont cover anything and they double your premiums every single year. Theyre stealing money from every one of their customers and they need to be shut down immediately. Embrace Pet Insurance Company does not act in good faith. They do not honor their contract. My dog is adopted. They did a thorough search of all health records from previous vet clinics. They established pre-existing conditions based on the data they obtained and then provided a waiting period for services. I have saved these communications. I paid over $300 a month to insure three dogs. I have filed two claims that sit in limbo. I am told they keep needing this or that from the vet. I have uploaded everything they say they need manually using their app. When I address that, they need something else. It's clear that they are never going to pay out, and I am paying a premium for nothing. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!!!
