Our dog Tahoe was diagnosed with cancer and thanks to Embrace Pet Insurance, all the expenses associated with the treatment were covered by Embrace. The reimbursements were timely. When we needed to talk with their customer service, they were very empathetic, friendly and we generally got an agent to speak within a few minutes. We are very grateful to Embrace for helping with our pet Tahoe through very challenging times. I highly recommend Embrace.

Our German Shepherd is 9 years old. We are so thankful to have an Embrace policy for her since we brought here home. Through several medical issues, Embrace has been there for us. Excellent service and friendly staff. Yes, our policy has gone up over those 9 years, but the reimbursement for thw medical expenses she has incurred has made up for the annual premium.

I have had great experiences, though few in number, since having my nearly 2-year-old red-nosed pit bull terrier, Jaxx and my current policy with Embrace. I was able to easily and effortlessly submitted two claims this far and have already received one refund. It says up to 15 business days, but I got it I like 2 days. Awesome company and Customer service.
