We have used Embrace for just over 10 years, covering our Golden Retriever since he was brought home at 8 weeks until his passing, as well two of our cats. Embrace has been amazing. We've never had a claim denied. A large claim was pended for notes for one of our cats, but paid upon receipt. Excellent experience with Embrace! I have been a member for 4 years without needing the service with my two cats. There is a fear that a company won't honor its promise of covering accidents and health problems. But let me tell you, I am SOOOOO glad that I have them in my life. This week, my cat informed us that she had been eating loads of hair ties and needed surgery to remove them. EMBRACE has been wonderful as we deal with our cat's injury. Urgent care through surgery has been handled professionally and courteously. Customer service has been exceptional! I read negative reviews here and there...I'm not sure what has happened, but this has been a great group of people to deal with. We are grateful customers.

Embrace has been incredibly easy to work with. I left another pre insurance company after they kept jacking up my premiums by huge percentages year after year. With Embrace, I’ve paid a constant rate and never had to worry about my dog aging out of affordable coverage. I was very glad to see that Embrace Pet Insurance has a A+ rating! This rating concerns customer service experience only: I have had a terrible time getting Embrace to get my "My Embrace" account set up (due to computer problems) and to find out EXACTLY what I need to get completed and sent in for my coverage to be ready to go ! They are everything they claim to be. I have a policy I can rely on understand all costs and no hidden fee's. It's refreshing to find a company any company that is honest and clear. 6-10-2022 -*- I have been an Embrace client for going on nine years. I carried two coverages; Wellness Rewards and Accident & Illness. Their service has been excellent regarding handling of my claims. I could not ask for a better partner in caring for my furry companion, who just passed away. During Covid they have been extended wait to speak to someone if you have to do that. But when you do get somebody there they go the extra mile to get the answers that you need. Also when my cat passed away last October they were extremely kind and sent me a beautiful card. I will never forget that
