Get directionsWe took our dog Tanner in because his eye was swelling and the inner eyelid was protruding. Tanner is very skittish and they were great with him. Dr Navarro told us that during the exam he growled at her letting her know there was pain and she said she backed off. she was able to complete her exam and then recommended a couple of tests to rule out serious trouble. Before continuing with anything they presented us with an estimate. Thankfully the tests proved negative and they administered drugs and we went home with meds an... read more
I brought my cat in on Saturday evening, and, as usual, the staff and especially Dr. Thomas eased my mind. Everyone is calm, listens, and clarifies everything. My cat and I both left feeling much better!
I was so stressed and worried taking my dog in to find out what was wrong. The person at the front desk was so nice checking me in. They saw my dog was stressed and got us into a room quickly. I felt like they truly cared and they diagnosed and treated my fur baby. He is doing so much better. I wished they did routine visits but while I don't wish for an emergency, I know I have a safe place to go.
10/10 recommend Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County. the entire staff was kind & caring, & they took great care of Mr. Scout. Scout ingested 100mg of Trazodone that was intended for his big brother. knowing our primary vet is closed on Wednesdays, I immediately began to search for where I could take him, & found EAHCC. Scout was seen immediately. they were able to induce vomiting, give him activated charcoal, & even trimmed his nails while he was being monitored. I hope I never need animal emergency services again... read more

Took my fur baby in on Sunday early evening. The staff was super sweet, attentive and saw my baby quickly. The Vet explained everything that was going on and her recommended treatment plan. The even called the next day to check on me and my baby.
I have a diabetic cat that start vomiting Saturday afternoon. My usual directed me to this Hospital and the staff was great. They figured out the problem, an inflamed pancreas, some caused by me and no my feline is back to his usual self. I also watched them deal with a paniced dog that had eaten some edible pot. The poor puppy was in terrible shape. But they were able to save his life
My Mom brought me here and I felt comfortable! We dogs had plenty of room to spread out, the team was very knowledgeable and great at explaining everything. I go back next week for my ACL surgery. Mom and I trust the powerhouse team helping us!
