Brought my dog in for ear swelling after being administered a new antibiotic for UTI I said from the very beginning that I believe this to be an allergic reaction seeing as symptoms only began after administration of medication Was diagnosed with an ear infection and hematomas, despite no culture being performed The allergic reaction continued to get worse in the night after discharge This does not meet the standard of care for a competent vet. I believe this to be malpractice under the conditions that a standard of care... read more

Our 15 year old lab/Rottweiler was in declining health. Bella was losing her ability to use her back end or stand. It was off hours for her vet so we took her here. We made the difficult decision to euthanize her so she could exit this life peacefully, comfortably. This euthanasia procedure was unlike any other we’ve ever experienced. Bella was put on a high examining table which caused her some distress. She wanted off the table to be near my daughter. Instead of calming Bella, the vet restrained her which caused even more ... read more
This place is a Joke. No compassion, no professionalism, and no interest or ability to deal with a true emergency. Our little Yorkie was experiencing severe renal failure unable to walk not eating or drinking, and at the point of death. My husband arrived that morning allegedly there were 7 patients in front of Max, 4 hours later there were 5 patients in front, however he didn’t see any new arrivals and those that were there were walking, barking and doing what pets do. Needless to say he left and obviously they were happy n... read more

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our hospital aims to provide excellent service, and we want to understand this situation in more detail. Please expect a call from our hospital this week.
Trying to see why my 1-star review won't seem to stay on birdeye. Very odd. I had a terrible experience at EAHCC. Terrible.
Monitoring this closely with others watching. Why are there no one-star reviews on birdeye? There are several one-star views on google reviews, yelp, and facebook. I had one of the worst experiences of my life at EAHCC. I hope that their children receive kindness, compassion, expertise, and support in a way that is significantly better than the disgusting treatment that I received each time I spoke with someone face-to-face or over-the-phone.
My pet died and was seen by a technician or Someone that was not a veterinarian. Presentation was not good and the person had no expression and no empathy.

Anne, we appreciate you taking the time to speak with us over the phone and for allowing us to address your concerns. As we stated over the phone, your pet was absolutely seen by a doctor, as are all the pets that walk through our doors. We have your pet's visit documented, including the veterinarian's name and notes. As we mentioned over the phone, we are happy to provide you with her license number as well. According to our records, our doctor examined your pet and informed you of the severity of the situation. Unfortunate... read more
I’m still waiting for my text after checking in online at 6:30 on July 9th. Your communication/waitlist system sucks. 1text at 7;58pm to say you have high patients volume, sorry for delay, my call to you to see if I was still on the waitlist, then no communication at all is unacceptable. I waited a long time at home hoping to save my pet some stress only to have to start the whole process over again somewhere else at 10 o’clock when I gave up on hearing from your hospital, I’m sure it made my dogs prolonged night all the mo... read more

Becky, thank you for letting us know about the bug that you experienced with our check-in system. We took a look at your records, where it says that your status is "in transit", but there was a cancellation due to "no show". It looks like there was an issue with our system somewhere in between check-in and arrival. We are truly sorry to hear about your dog and extend our deepest condolences. We understand how stressful and heartbreaking it is to lose a beloved family member. We wish you healing and hope that you find comfort... read more
