Absolutely the worst customer ********************** I have EVER dealt with. First time trying to use the warranty and there is so much confusion and uncooperative employees that are not willing to help! Even when asking for a supervisor they would not come on the phone, they would however talk to the customer ********************** *** I was taking to but no professional attempt on their part to discuss my claim. Endurance Warranty Services denied my transmission repair claim but refuses to provide a written denial letter or any documentation explaining their decision. I have requested written proof of the denial twice, and both times I was told, Endurance does not send denial letters.The company verbally stated that my transmission issue was an old problem, yet no mechanical evidence has been provided to support that conclusion. I want to make sure to get the word out about this company, they are nothing more than a scam. I have a customer who pays them 200 a month, has done all his oil changes and preventative maintenance on a 2020 Equinox. His vehicle quit running on him and we found with a compression test it had no compression and with a leak down found 85% leak out of the rings at the highest. I swear on everything as soon as 2027 comes and it's time to renew, Im leaving them. All they wanna do is take your money monthly for the policy then when it comes time to process a claim and have an adjuster come out, they hem and haw and take their sweet time. ****** has had my car since Monday 11/3 waiting on an Endurance adjuster to come out and inspect it, here it's Wednesday 11/5 and no one has come out. I have received multiple letters from this company claiming there will be an increase in my extended vehicle service plan and they want to help me. Though I am 83 years old, seriously ill and living on social security, I'm not stupid and can recognize a cheap scare tactic way of suckering money from seniors. Stop this scam

Warning about Endurance Warranty I feel I need to share my experience so others dont go through the same thing.Endurance is quick to take your money but when it comes to actually helping you, they disappear into thin air. The only department that will ever answer your call is the one that takes your payment.For the last two weeks, Ive spent about an hour a day trying to reach the claims department. Nothing. No answer.
