Did my own oil and filter change, had receipts, all I wanted was reimbursement for parts, (oil and filter) was denied. "I was not an authorized mechanic" No longer have insurance, it's all a sham/scam.

Don't do it! You start paying but if your check engine light comes on early into the contract they will deny your claim. After 3 months of paying $180.00 a month plus the down payment my check engine light came on. The claim adjuster said that my mechanic told him that my oil cooler likely failed before my contract started, that was a lie. My mechanic said no such thing. They have a chart that shows different parts and mileage since the contract started and they deny based on that, kind of like the health insurance people. "... read more

Do not deal with this company. They will lie and make up any reason to not cover your claim. So far after several calls and several different emails I have been given 3 different reasons they won't cover my claim. One was because my tires are 1.8" taller than the factory tires even though I could have gotten the truck from the factory with larger tires. Run, don't walk away from this company. ****** should be ashamed.

I purchased an Endurance warranty for peace of mind what I got was weeks of frustration, delays, and excuses. My transmission claim was handled unprofessionally from the start. None of my repairs were covered. I was offered to upgrade to whole new policy for 5 more years that doesnt cover because it was a part of the older policy. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. Cancelation requirements is to get a notary.

had my truck in for service and they dont want to pay for the service i pay for service they dont want to pay my engine just seize up the mechanic called them and told them we wont cover the engine my policy has they told me what was covered and they said the engine was covered so they lyed to me

They dont honor what they advertise. When there is a repair to your vehicle how are we suppose to know what kind of parts that are being use? They denied my claim because of some aftermarket part was put on at another repair shop.The vehicle was under another warranty company before I purchased them. It took them one week to make decision lack of communication to me and the repair shop.

Too Bad ZERO stars isn't an ********** may want to disregard any correspondence this company sends you. I was sent a letter informing me that the price on my extended warranty was going to increase - I called this company to take care of the issue.
