Never BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, the adjusters are the worst, they will sell you roof, but find all the factors to decline you I have been lied time after time, they won't refund you DON'T DO IT. NEVER AGAIN.

This company does not stand by their word. I had a policy that covered the turbo charger. A part of the turbo charger went bad. Without this part the turbo charger doesn't work. I was told because it was an external part of the turbo charger, not internal, it wasn't covered. I told the lady to let me talk to her supervisor as the service manager at the dealership always runs into problems with Endurance. Bought my warranty shortly after I bought my vehicle through a ***** dealership. After my vehicle broke down I took it to the dealership to get repairs done. They kept stalling and dragging their feet because there was "anomalies" in my filing. Apparently the dealership filed for a title long after I bought the car and the warranty. But my bill of sale from the dealership had the right mileage. In the end, the denied my claim. When I called to cancel they asked why? And I told them. They will do everything they can to decline work. I was traveling broke down with a transmission issue they wont pay to fix it because rhe one service record I couldnt get printed off due to a glitch in the repair shop even though they could see it on carfax they denied my claim.

****************. They won't cover anything. They only out to take your money and finds all excuses not to cover your vehicles in which you are paying for coverage. I would not recommend these guys to cover a bicycle. They do not need to be a warranty company. I suggest that you find another warranty company for better coverage.

Do not sign up for a plan. The reasons to deny you a claim are so grey that it's easy for them to do so. I decided to get their top plan to cover my 2020 ***** because of all the problems they have. After driving over 1500 miles and going 45 days into the contract, I encountered an issue with my transmission, so I brought it to the shop. They said it's your transmission, but Endurance needs to send someone out. They did and said I had to pay the shop to do a teardown first to decide if they would approve the claim.
