Endurance warranty is absolutely terrible to work with. Since Ive had the warranty Ive had multiple issues with my car and they havent covered any of it leaving me to pay a mechanic out of pocket. DO NOT use them. Go with another warranty company.

One of the worst customer experiences you can have. Tried several different claims, and all claims get denied. Last one is a defective waterpump. Not the pump gasket, but internal failure on the water pump. Dealership manager called and even tried to explain when you replace the pump, you also replace the gasket. They said because the gasket needs to be replaced as well, that was the cause for the pump failure and therefore pump is not covered. They sent a fraudulent letter to me claiming to be affiliated with ******* (I bought a brand new ******* with 0 miles recently) and they fraudulently claimed that the official dealership added their warranty to my car at the time of sale, and that I need to activate it before a price increase. I had an extremely frustrating and time wasting experience trying to cancel my contract. When I first contacted Endurance I was convinced to sign up to start the waiting period and that I had 30 days to cancel and get a full refund - no hassles. About two weeks later, during the Free Look period, I called to cancel and got a person that started right in trying to convince me to keep my plan. Endurance Auto Warranty I love leaving reviews and here is one for the scum at Endurance. ***** this company at all costs. You are not in the driver's seat with endurance. You are under their wheels. They are the biggest group of scammers I have every dealt with. After months of interacting with them, and their repeated failure to call me back, they have scammed me out of $500. This is a total rip off DO NOT USE ENDURANCE. I travel a lot for work and I have an older car. When I paid to get service I was told I had a 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period. Well on the 33rd day and over ***** miles later my racking and pinion went out. Endurance would not cover the repairs because it was only 3 days after my waiting period. I purchased the Endurance Advantage Preferred plan on 08/31/25. The plan included 4 yr/75,000-mile warranty with a wait period of 30 days and ***** miles. On 10/04/2025 I experience problems with my vehicle and immediately took the vehicle the nearest dealership which was less than a half of mile away to find out what was the source of the problem. They denied my claim because I didnt do the manufacture transmission fluid change required at ****** miles even though it was done at a later time please make sure before you buy this policy your vehicle maintenance is by the book or else they will not pay your claim this is just a money rip off. The customer ********************** ***** they dont communicate with the policy holder just the repair stop on the decision.
