If I could give a 5 I would I never received a policy and I also a few months later need to take my car in they denied the work than when I said to cancel the policy and I wanted a refund they said the never said they would not cover the work than I had to have a paper notarized and they said they would than send me a refund with in 10 day they declined to come up with more lies so I would like a full refund off all I payed to them which I can prove and I can also prove they declined the work than I can prove again the store... read more

Im leaving this review to share how disappointed I am with the way Endurance Warranty handled my claim for my 2019 ************* ******* mechanic recommended an aftermarket axle hes used before and trusts. Endurance wouldnt approve it. They insisted I use a part from OReillys, even though its also aftermarket but clearly a lower-tier option. Had an endurance warranty for 1 year. Paid $1400 in premiums during that time. My 2016 ****** truck broke down 3 times. Endurance paid for 0 repairs. Cancelled policy and expected a refund. Got Nothing . Do not enroll in this plan. TOTAL RipOff. Save your money. These people WILL S**** you Over..

Sincerely, this company is a total fraud, please ask the competent authorities to review this scam company, you say they comply with guarantees and in the end there is no coverage, which they say or mention everything is covered, I had a problem with my **** F250 in my address system, and in the end it was a problem for people who respond to the phone as if they were trained to discuss these issues, a total fraud, we need someone to do something about it.

Overall experience: -5 stars. First claim... denied. Not even a hugely expensive claim. Only $1531.00. Won't cover it because they say it was a pre-existing condition caused by wear and tear. Well, of course it was caused by wear and tear. It's an 11 year old truck and mechanical things wear out and break over time. Hence, the reason I purchased a warranty... Very highly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle warranty from this company.
