I honestly believe this is the worst company I ever dealt with they have a high sales pitch and bothered The h*** out of me they promised me just about everything . I bought one for each of my cars which are in very good shape had a problem with the air conditioning in my truck after a few months they said I had to pay for a tear down and if they wouldn't cover it I would have to pay for it absolutely ridiculous then they did the same with my ****** They should not accept cars that are auto factory warranties if they truly w... read more

I was sold the Premium Plus warranty package. Was told by the representative that my truck was covered "bumper to bumper". I had the engine light come on so I took it to an auto shop that I found on their website. I had to get the **** Recirculation Actuator replaced and the B2 Catalytic Converter replaced. Purchased a used car in June of 2025, purchased an extended warranty separately from the car. We were lied to and mislead when we purchased the warranty. We were told engine, drivetrain, and electrical components were covered and not normal wear and tear items i.e. brakes pads rotors spark plugs etc. We never received a contract or explanation of benefits or even where to send money for the warranty.2500 miles later the oil cooler, thermostat, and Iwater pump began leaking. Beware- they do not cover what they say they do. The commercial states if a sensor goes out- we will fix it. We had a camshaft sensor go out and the claim was denied. The *** was rude and interrupted the conversation several times to tell me that there are ****** parts on a car and they can't cover them all, that it was obvious that I didn't read my contract. Hopefully it will let me leave 0 stars because they deserve *****. This company is a total lie! I signed up with being told everything would be covered even the diagnostic fee at the mechanic and nothing was covered!! They wanted a full tear down of my transmission to the point of failure to see if they could cover it which in my plan everything is covered! Was told by the mechanic this is the worst warranty company to get they will come up with any and every excuse to not cover it and they have already been through the proc... read more

We bought our son a vehicle- it is 15 yrs old and wanted extended coverage. We bought a $5000 policy on a $9000 car but it would cover us for 48 months so we gave it a shot. They denied the claim on a steering rack so I can't see the point of having extended coverage is they aren't going to cover it. Save your time and money and hassles and stay clear of this company.
