i bought my policy back in March of 2023 and then paid it in full at the start of March 2025. i still currently have 25k miles until the warranty expires. My 2016 ********** now needs an engine ***lacement. Endurance first approved me for the new engine if I showed them my last 3 oil changes, which I was able to show. Then after i submitted those they came back and changed their minds saying they cant fix it, then said I would have to pay a surcharge because my truck was on a lift. Beware of this company this company is a bunch of bull c*** please go elsewhere. The worst Company ever to have. You will pay them more than they will pay to get your vehicle fixed. Please go elsewhere. Do not give this company any of your money because at the end, it will be a waste of money you will pay them way more than they will pay out on your vehicle so please beware not only that they take you through a whole process to even cancel your contract. Endurance car repair insurance is a scam in my opinion 1. Representatives from endurance supposedly talk to our oil change representatives and said that they reported low oil wherever came in for a change on our covered vehicles. My wife and I talked to our oil change people and got printed copies of service and they still denied our timing chain engine repair. 2. They say take car to your choice mechanic. But they fight with mechanics to avoid expensive repairs. Then they tell you go to their choice of mechanic and when that person tells them the problem is not the owners responsibility, they dont listen then offer financing with one of their friends to cover and you have a large bill anyway. When asked how to file complaint, they refer you to an email address. And in the end my vehicle being in the shop over a month I'm still with no car. Absolutely terrible service. During my claim process I played phone tag for almost 3 weeks broken down car sitting in a shop. Almost reaching the 3 week **** I finally have a denial. I was told 3 different reasons for my denial by 3 different employees. Also told I could not have in writing of why my repair was denied. Asked about an appeal process and was told they couldnt tell me about that. These employees are trained to be vague and misleading. This is just the start of a very long process Im taking. If I could give 0 I would. If I had to sum up this review in a few words is Endurance is too busy counting everyone's' money to help you with anything. Or we got too big and we cannot help On August 25th and 26th, I submitted the required documentation to the designated email to process my reimbursement for a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. Endurance charged me an extra month's fee after I had exhausted my limits of liability. Because they dragged their feet sending an investigator out to approve the repair on the car--it took a week rather than the ***** hr they claim, the repair was delayed. Once it was completed, the mechanic sent in the information for payment--a payment amount already determined by Endurance at least week before the payment request was submitted which was well below the the total bill because of the limit of liability.
