I want to share my experience with Endurance and my local **** dealership. Recently my **** F250 6.7 diesel engine light came on and I took it to the dealer, and the dealership told me it had a bad Waste Gate, Turbo actuator, and Turbo Tube. I called Endurance and talked to a company ***resentative, and they said the Waste Gate was covered. Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C. denied MY claim because the receipts invoices were handwritten and not generated from a computer.BUT THE CONTRACT CLEARLY QUOTED (Bottom page 4, top page 5) Verifiable Document: means a computer-generated maintenance or repair invoice from a Licensed Repair Facility printed on the facilitys letterhead. The document must include Your name, Vehicle year, make, model, and VIN, date and mileage at the time of service to be considered verifiable. My experience with Endurance has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.I met every requirement under my contract and provided proof that my vehicle had no pre-existing damages. Despite that, my transmission claim was denied. Endurance told me to authorize a teardown of my transmission for inspection, which I did in good faith. That decision left me with a $1,600 teardown bill when they ultimately denied the claim. Their reasoning? Endurance Warranty Services is a criminal enterprise, that should be shut down.They do not honor any claims and make cancelling your warranty virtually impossible.Have been trying to cancel my mothers warranty for two months. When calling to cancel, you get the run around and flat out lied to. They told me several times it was cancelled, but continued to bill the credit card. I purchased a policy from Endurance July 17, 2025. I spoke to an awesome representative in customer **********************. Her name was ********* ******. I called today, September 9, 2025, to cancel the policy and was verbally attacked by a man calling himself ***** ******. He stated he was an Account Manager for the entire South. Do not purchase the Endurance warranty you see on T.V. They have denied my claim which was perfectly legit, but they claim I had a mileage discrepancy and had to get the resolved then I can proceed with the claim. I did that and they still did not honor. I also tried emailing ****** ******* and Ludacris I don't know if I got thru, to stop endorsing this company for deceptive advertising and failing to honor legitimate claims. I purchased their recommended Endurance Extended Warranty on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee about 2 yrs ago. I have not needed the warranty until last month. I brought my Jeep in for inspection and they found a faulty water pump and head gasket. Now weeks later, I am being told by Endurance they will not be covering the issue, refused to put it in writing, and now no one at the dealership will return my calls or texts. I would really give zero Stars if I could. Anytime you have a claim, you're lucky to reach anybody that same day. If you select to have them call you back, most of the time they do not. They do not cover everything and even the items they said they would cover, they do not. They lied to me about tire coverage and then gave me a warranty that did not have tires included. In July 2025 I contacted this company to cancel my warranty the associate I spoke with question me for about 5 minutes with different questions as to why am I cancelling the warranty. I understand they don't want to loose business/money however I have the right to call and cancel without being integrated.
