I would strongly advise against purchasing a warranty from Endurance. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.When I decided to cancel my policy, I was hit with an outrageously difficult cancellation process. They required a notarized, signed, and dated cancellation letter, which I promptly provided along with all the required documentation. Representatives are very nice but misleading. I was sold a high priced warranty they said was their Best which covers everything which is why it was more expensive, but they said it was the only one available for my older truck. This was a lie. It was their basic minimum coverage. Then when needed a repair, they make up excuses as to why they don't have to cover it which are not in their policy. Also, They are more expensive than other companies out there... I am in process of trying to get a refund. Not happy. Buyers beware... read more

The worst experience I've ever dealt work in a company. I have a commercial vehicle and it's states that on my contract. But unfortunately, my claim was denied due to them telling me apparently my contract doesn't state that it's being "used" for commercial use. I bought this policy at the dealership with intention of having it as l mobile grooming business. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a yes or no or for them to give me my money back. ****************. My truck went to the dealer for a ***air. The ***air was well within the contract guidelines and Endurance said they were only paying a small portion of the bill. I am supposed to have a one hundred dollar deductible. When I called the claims department the *** began to speak over me, yell at me and even curse at me. DO NOT USE THEM. I called trying to request a new warranty information packet as mine had been destroyed in a flood, and also to check the status of my warranty. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and talked to me like I'm a moron for losing my packet and not memorizing the warranty information and after me asking a few questions about my coverage he got frustrated and hung up on me. I was very polite and cordial the entire time.

Had to call 3 times to get a copy of my contract, they had my email address wrong.

I do NOT recommend this company for warranty on your vehicle. We took our vehicle to the shop recommended by Endurance for an a/c issue. My truck sat for almost 3 weeks without repair do to communication issues between the shop and Endurance. At which we were told to take the truck to the dealership (2 miles away).It was never told to us to have the truck towed to the dealership. While on the way to the dealership the check engine light came on. My husband turned into the dealership as soon as the light came on. The dealersh... read more

I've had endurance for 5 1/2 years. I just bought a new vehicle and called to cancel the warranty on the old one. I was on hold for 35 minutes. I was told that if I filled out a form that was emailed, they would cancel immediately, but if I didn't, my coverage wouldn't cancel until the 18th of next month. Looked at the form, and it has to be printed out and signed in front of a notary to be notorized and sent back to them. Warranty is not worth the paper it's wrote on. Filed a claim and they used every reason in the world not to honor the claim. I had the Ford service manager call them as well, still denied claim We have cancelled coverage due to their actions. Need a zero star.
