The government needs to shut them down. They make sure that they exclude any major problems that the particular model car might have on the contract when you sign up! They are a scam! I had them and when I filed a claim, they denied it! I was able to get all of my premiums back thank god! All they do is take your premiums to advertise for the company because they definitely dont pay claims!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ENDURANCE!!! They have DENIED my CLAIM! My contract terms were 30 days/1000 miles. I was told by account manager after the waiting period any ***airs listed in contract will be honored! Also the commercial states similar...No problem with getting ***airs done!! Paid for the warranty for over 16 months never used it, filled out the cancellation forms and sent back to the appropriate parties, told me it takes 4 to 6 weeks for a refund , just to wait for a paper check but my payments to them was made with a debit card, endurance is commiting mass fraud,I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!

I have had Endurance warranty for 2 years - never used it until a week ago. August 6, 2025 my 2013 ******* Tuscon 5 speed would not go in gear, leaving me stranded in *********, **. I purchased this extended warranty and have tried to use it twice and both claims were denied. I had to replace a turbo wastegate actuator because according to *** and my car it is part of the drivetrain but according to endurance, it is not and they did not cover it. Listen when I said this company talk a good game thats what they do to lower you in but when its time to fix something they are horrible and customer ********************** is horrible and unprofessional the whole time I been having a shouting match and over talking me they denied my transmission claim do not waste your money

Was a subscriber since 08/2024, In June 2025, my vehicle needed brake repair which Endurance denied payment. In June 2025 I was sent a list of local repair facilities. Out of the 26 listed, 16 facilities were contacted and only 6 work with extended warranty companies. The consensus of the six were that extended warranty companies are difficult to work with and, more than likely, will rarely cover the "entire bill".
