When purchasing the coverage I was told it covers everything under the hood. I was also told it was a flat $100 fee for claims. However, there was only 1 thing covered in 5 years and even then I had to pay over $600. When canceling the service they did not want to cancel and kept saying the car is old. I knew that when I got the warranty. It is a rip off.

C/S did a very good job explaining, but, send "contract" first before customer agrees, for example in my case I did not understand my bank acct. would be charged at the same time the contract was sent to me for my review. I did not like finding out my bank account checking account was used, prior to me reviewing the actual contract. As it turned out I decided I did not want to join Endurance after I reviewed the contract. I was told I would receive a refund within 10 days and I was given a refund # which I hope I can verify.... read more

Purchased contract and have never filed a claim. Filed a claim for door lock actuators and they refused to cover it even though it CLEARLY states they do . Horrible customer **********************. Don't waste your time. The money i paid for warranty I could have saved and used for repair!!! Don't waste your time.

Company keeps taken my money , but does not cover repairs. Refuses claims verbally, will not put in writing.

I just got denied a transmission rebuild from Endurance aftermarket auto insurance company 0 stars for them I have been paying monthly payments since 2022!I had new tires and rims put on my truck from discount tire in ********** at their recommendation. Endurance said because of the tire modification they denied the transmission rebuild. RIPOFF??

Other than the nice lady that processed my cancellation, i have nothing good to say about this company. I faithfully paid them for over 2 years and when I needed them theyfound every excuse under the sun to deny the claim.I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I'm sorry I do want to say they try to **** of paying next month, but after a year they believe 1 month off makes me forget everything. No it doesn't. I hate I jave to give them any stars.

This a scam that I almost fell into. I received a letter stating that my rate would go up on my extended vehicle service plan (EVSP) if I did not call by August 14th, 2025. When I purchased a car, it included a warranty with the manufacturer, so I was confused as to why my rate would go up and why this information came from a 3rd party company. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST, DISRESPECTFUL, LYING SUPERVISORS WORKING THERE! I WAS LIED TO BY SUPERVISOR MAGAN WHEN SHE SAID MY COVERAGE AND ORIGINAL START OF WARRANTY WOULDN'T CHANGE SIMPLY MY CONTRACT NUMBER WAS THE ONLY THING CHANGING!
