Endurance stalled and delayed until I missed an eye surgery and I ended up paying another payment before they decided to deny my claim for no good reason. I paid payments for 21 months at $127.32 plus $150.00 initial payment and they refuse to pay the repair on my turbocharger. I was stranded 788 miles away from home for 8 days because of their stalling tactics before they decided denied my claim. Their contract is written in such a way that they can get away with denying almost any claim.

This is company has the worst customer ********************** ever and does not live up to their "piece of mind guarantee!" Upon submitting a claim they stated before approval I needed to supply a document (car repair bill with mileage) that proved start mileage being with in 7 days before the renewed contract date or 7 days after contract start date because they claim my start date is wrong. I called to cancel our warranty because my husband was recently diagnosed with dementia and is not allowed to drive , the vehicle will be sold. The customer ********************** agent was snide and sarcastic and insisted I keep or transfer the warranty. I explained again that my husband, the owner of the vehicle, has been diagnosed with dementia and cannot drive and I am on unpaid FMLA to care for him and need to cut expenses. Do not purchase a warranty through this company. They do not abide by the warranty that you purchase they will not fix your car. They will come up with all types of excuses not to fix it. I need a new engine on a 2018. They are refusing to pay for it. I do have an attorney involved and they will be sued run as fast as you can do not trust this company.

I absolutely did not have a positive experience with Endurance Warranties for mostly two reasons: 1) Conflicting messaging from different departments, and 2) Lack of communication.1) I should have expected this, but I was naive. When I called Endurance to inquire, I spoke with a salesman. I explained the concerns with my vehicle and he said Oh yeah yeah well this is perfect because this warranty covers like 8 out of 10 of those things you mentioned. I just signed up for the service. After reading the complaints. I regret the choice.We only expect the service you promised. Telling us that "its disappointing when expectation aren't met "is a very bad way to respond to customers that expected you to keep your promise of service.

My car have been at two different shops and endurance. Havent fixed my car yet and its been over a month now they are refusing to fix my car. They are not who they say they are they get your money but then they have a problem fixing your vehicle. My car was first at *****. Then they had me move it from ***** to ************************* and both shops are saying the same thing. Ive been having to rent a car for over a month now this is ridiculous and unheard of so now theyre forcing me to take other legal actions.

After we signed up with them we were having issues with the steering system in the 2014 explorer and even though things were not ****** wear and tear they denied it all.
