The company refused to cover my alternator that is covered under my plan. The mechanic stated that they had never seen an issue like this before. I checked my plan level and read it carefully. First, they wouldn't get in touch with the Auto repair shop until I called them myself. Then they stated there wasn't a "claim" on file.A half hour later, the auto repair shop called me and stated that Endurance said my alternator (Which was only 3 years old) wasn't covered because it's the second replacement.Again, I read the plan and... read more

Endurance does not comply with their services offered. Tells misleading information in regards to their warranty.

You needs to places close attention to your warranty contract and read the fine print before signing. I was misinformed about my policy until i needed it. Once was for replacing my engine and other to replace my fuel injectors at different time. These was major cost that came out of my pocket around 15k totals. So why was I paying $176 a months for over a year or so, that come out a total amount of $2112 a yr. I personally don't need them to reimburse me for a oil change. But to each it own.

I bought a warranty and traded my vehicle and canceled my warranty and have been fighting with endurance for months for charges they have taken money out of my account and want give back since I no longer have the warranty

I have been paying for this coverage for over a year. I have paid over $2,000 in monthly payments. When I finally took my car to the shop, the quote was 1100 and I thought okay I've got this covered. However when it came to it only $200 of the repair would be covered Plus my $100 deductible which left me to pay $900 and insurance paid $200 what a scam I'm sorry I've done it and it will be canceled right away and I would not refer anyone to this company.

They denied a claim stating that an original document did not have VIN number. The mechanic resubmitted the document with everything that was required on official letterhead just as it says in my contract and they still denied it stating it had been altered. I have the contract and the area which tells you what is required for the document to be verifiable and they have that and still refuse to pay the claim. Needed roadside assistance called at 10:00 in the morning at 2:30 I was still waiting for a tow truck to come,,,do better
