COMPANY TOOK 20 YEARS TO APPLY TO BECOME ACCREDITED? AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ACCREDITED MEANING THEY HAVE NOT EARNED THE BBB's STANDARDS FOR TRUST! STOP POSTING FAKE REVIEWS YOU GUYS JUST APPLIED FOR ACCREDIDATION 07/18/25 AND HOW MANY CLAIMS HAVE YOU DENIED????? False advertising. The add says take to any shop. Not true. The shop has to agree to accept Endurance. You submit a claim and the response is not covered in your policy. Hard to cancel policy. Talk to Manager and didn't get anywhere. Stay away from them unless you want to go for a ride.

Endurance refused to accept claim for front wheel hub replacement. This part is part of the front axle being it has 4-wheel drive. Was enrolled in Secure Plus Plan which covers axel. The front wheel hub assembly is part of the front axel. Endurance claims the wheel hub assembly is not part of the front axel which clearly is being this wheel hub is part of the rotation of the axel making the vehicle inoperable to drive without causing further damage. The worst experience I have had in years. Do not use this provider, they are overpriced and do not cover anything outside of the exact verbiage. No partnering, no visibility, no communications, and no website to review claims or appeals process. Terrible experience I would want others to avoid.

I was one of their customers for 10 years the first 4 years they were very good that's why I purchase another 4 years from them. I had really difficulty with claims and if I wanted to talk to claims department it would take between 45min to 1 hours for someone to pickup to ananswer any questions then I noticed they are not covering most of my claims granted I didn't filed too many claims because I didn't need it then I wanted to cancel my policy with them there was a women answered and give lots excuse why they were not proc... read more

Today I needed road side assistance and I called in for help. Since Endurance is closed right now, I cant get help until they confirm with road side assistance what type of plan I have or I can pay out of pocket for the service. Im paying $150 monthly for the top coverage to insure my vehicle have some kind of protection but it doesnt seem to be the case. Tryed to push me to buy when every they called me I told the lady I had to speak with wife and I was not buying till I spoke with her then she was trying to push the sale hard not happened very rude

Awful experience. I was stranded on the side of an interstate 1 in **************** right over the border from **************** where I live on July 5th. They do cover you there by the way, at least they do with my contract. I was stranded for 5 hours, and as a diabetic with no water, no food, and no bathroom, it was extremely stressful.
