I broke my ankle and tried to get a refund for the years I have paid. The manager told me it was too late and hung up in my face. I had 2 ******** Coverters go out and they would not replace them.

When you sign up they make you think they cover the whole cost except your deductible as long as they say its a product and service they cover. NOT TRUE!! They only covered half of what my service required and it was suppose to be 100% covered. Except my deductible.

I dont like the fact that I have to either drive my car 1000 miles or so many I forget how many months I have to have it before Im got coverage now Im paying $129 a month. I should instantly have coverage so I dont think thats right I think thats inappropriate. Also, the gentleman was very nice to help me except the fact that he let I ask him twice for a hardcopy and a contract in writing not email. He promised me he would get it to me, but he has not so I feel like Ive been lied to about that. Those are my two biggest issue... read more

Buyer beware. We purchased the warranty for a 2017 ***** Ridgeline. After 1 year with warranty we noticed a transmission issue. Took it in to a ***** dealer and was told we needed a new transmission. We bought the ***** as a certified vehicle. Generally they look over the vehicle and replace all the fluids etc. According to Endurance, the fluid in transmission was changed due to a judder. We paid for a warranty for two years and had one small - very small claim. Then we signed up for another two years and four months later we needed a repair on our car to the tune of $1400. They denied the claim because the part wasnt listed on their parts list they will repair. We paid nearly $5000 in over 28 months and got nothing in return when we needed an expensive repair.

Well, this started with a high pressure cold call, but timing was good for that salesperson as I was actually looking. He stated it would basically be the same as my previous warranty with a quality company (***). Because it was sold as covering everything I bought it. Purchased the warranty (Secure Plus Plan) in February 2025, Had a coolant leak at the end of June 2025. Brought the car to my Local Garage, Told me I needed a new water pump, Thermostat Housing and coolant pipes. Quoted $ 2850 for the repair. Endurance Denied the claim. So I brought the car to a listed approved Garage on from the Endurance Website. Was at work and I recieved a phone call and I answered. I work as a Cashier in a general store and was stocking, so I had the opportunity and time to answer a quick phone call.
