It was easy to sign up for coverage. They promised anything happened to major component it will be coverwd. When it was time to file a claim they denied. Then when I was ofterred to upgrade. Now I have alternator issue but was denies by exception. Their answer was, did you read the contract. Extremely disappointed

I input my info online for a quote, they called me immediately after submitting my info and the sales man was extremely pushy and went on and on about the benefits of their plans so I had to cut him off and he got really upset and started yelling at me ???? i said well I'm sorry but you keep going on about irrelevant things and I'm trying to ask some specific questions and he just kept saying I'm rude and maybe I am but he's more rude not letting me talk. This company is absolutely horrible. They boldly lie to customers. There is an active class action suit against Endurance Warranty for their illegal business practices and breach of contracts repeatedly. The ******************* has issued warnings concerning doing any business with the company. I would strongly advise heeding this recommendation. This is the second warranty that I’ve had with this joke of a company. I called in before upgrading my Jeep and they assured me that the upgrades wouldn’t void my warranty. After I needed warranty coverage they came up with some BS about my tires being too large on their scale. This was after I called in to verify before I did the work. They are an absolute joke and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for anything
recvd letter w/a different person's first name on it. tt 2 people. very unhelpful. wanted to get off their mailing list. said i couldn't because i didn't have coverage. horrible experience. told them i am reporting to BBB, he said it won't do any good. i said i had coverage & he kept repeating i didn't. i do thru my dealer all he wanted was more information. there should be a way to stop these letters & get off the list that is listed on the letter. if i ever receive another one, i am calling their corporate office.
I bought a policy for my 2013 Ford Edge. I had the policy for 7 months and we had an issue with the rear end. So we take it to a garage that was willing to use Endurance . The repair was $5500 for components and labor. Endurance would only cover $1400 of the bill stateing they only pay up to the value of the vehicle. WHAT this is not what I was told when I bought the policy.This company is a scam do not use Endurance at all. So I’ve cancelled my policy stating I was scammed. Please do not buy a policy from Endurance.
This is the WORST extended warranty company ever, in short; they are Garbage! Their list of exclusions are endless, which results in the vehicle not being repaired half the time. Their customer service reps are incompetent as he**. If by some miracle they do approve the repair after the INTERROGATION process they put the mechanic through, the company then bargains down the cost of repairs so low the shop refuses the job. I gave a 2012 honda crv xl....I brought the car a year ago so there is only so many car histories that I am able to obtain....I sent in the histories that I had which wasn't required because I didn't have the car at the time....this information came from one of their representatives. COMPANY IS A FRAUD DO NOT BUY An EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM. I HAD A POLICY WITH THEM FOR 8 MONTHS; THEY DENIED MULTIPLE CLAIMS BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT MY TIRES WERE NOT THE CORRECT ONES ON THERE, THEN DENIED A CLAIM BECAUSE THEY SAID A LEAK CAUSED TIRE ROD TO GO OUT! I WILL BE SUEING THEM
