Extremely fixed income, desperate for a way to afford keeping a vehicle, spent 3yrs paying on this expensive plan that was to be my 'guarantee' of having a vehicle for the 5yr term..... Aside of 2 roadside aid [battery jump], I only tried to use it ONCE near the end of the 5yr term. My car sat in the shop for MONTHS as they dealer & Endurance went in endless circles. Dishonest and false advertisement. I had my car inspected before I got endurance. Nothing was wrong with it. Had the plan just little over a month and started to have an issue. They denied my claim saying pre-existing when my shop spoke with them and had proof it was not. I never agreed to auto pay either . When I canceled the plan line 5 that does the payment kept trying to charge me even though I told them several times I canceled. I disputed the charge when they charge me after my plan was canceled. Filled out a form online to get a quote. Sales *** called me, went through the car details. When I told him I was not going to purchase today, he informed me that my story was 'odd' basically told me I was lying to him. Company also tells you they give a $300 discount and better coverage if I sign up right now, and if you don't sign up during the call, they threaten you with crappier coverage and will charge you $300 more. Lied to about coverage before purchase. Specifically, I was told that I could get a second key FOB, since I only got one from the dealer at purchase new.

Did not use for repairs, told I could get money spent back. ****. Tried to use first year was told it did not apply. Never put in a claim, only sent money which I believed to be honest contract. Called in 2024 and 2025, total of 4 calls and nothing. YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM! Sent me a check for ***** and if I cash I say that we have ended our contract.Did not sign, and I am now part of a class action suit. Everywhere I can tell or post will be a review from me, do not do business with Endurance!!!

!!BE WARNED!! This is a ***************** Once they deny your claim theres nothing you can do about it. Even if you have evidence to prove coverage. They do not care about you or your problem, and will avoid you at all costs. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY

My customer ********************** experience was excellent. The representative was very informative. I requested a change to the policy. Havent got no response nor have I received policy with requested changes

This service is almost below a one star review. After 8 months with Endurance the check engine light came on in my car. It was taken to the repair shop and was told by a Hyundai technician that a new engine was needed. After many calls to Endurance, they requested that the engine needed to be cleaned and then taken apart piece by piece at a personal cost to me of $3,000. They would then decide what they would do. SCAM, AS OTHER SAY. They pay for good reviews. They deny claims even after waiting period. They have many lawsuits going. I wish I knew all this before I tired to use my warranty after 2 months ths of having it they say...the part that just broke all of a sudden. Is pre existing issue. I didn't tell them the truth about me miles...which when I signed up I got extended miles because I told them how much I drive. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.
