Endurance Warranty is nothing but a big rip off my Transmission went out and the only thing they will pay is ****** towards getting it fixed please do not fall for their false advertising.??

Endurance covered my claim, but you do not answer the phone in a timely manner. Twice my service advisor was on hold for an hour before gave up. This is unacceptable. I had to call Endurance customer svc to get a number for them to call. He then was on hold for 57 min. before you answered and approved the claim. You have to do better than this. I have both my autos with Endurance and I hope I made the right choice.

I attempted to confirm terms of an extended warranty policy purchased a few years ago. Per my understanding, the vehicle had exceeded the mileage and time periods of the policy and the Endurance warranty insurance had expired. I called to cancel in April 11, 2025 and they are still charging me! Then they claim they made a mistake and can not refund. I paid in April and May 2025 and they refuse to help me with this issue. I do not recommend these companies. They just take your money, they wont fix your car and they do not disclose terms before you pay them. High pressure sales is gross. These people need to stop taking advantage of others.

Endurance does not cover all the cost of a repair, I had my vehicle in an Independent repair shop and Endurance found the part cheaper at a local auto-parts store and I had to pay the price difference. Like all business i am sure the repair shop marked the price up from what they purchased it at.. Worst customer ********************** communication I have ever experienced. They did not answer a call or return a call when I left my number in the prompt to return my call and not lose my place in line. Their adjuster was unprofessional with my shop and have ultimately denied my claim due to inaccurate information/communication. I would not recommend this product to anyone and would steer clear. Their idea of answering questions is to not say anything so they do not have to be accountable to the conversation.

Agent neglected to mention extra pymt besides the 29 dollar origination fee and until I read the contract discovered everyone is limited to ****** back or less depending on Car Value at time of claim PERIOD!!
