AVOID AT ALL COSTS!*************. I paid monthly premiums for 3 years on a 5 year contract. Had my first car issue and they did everything they could to avoid paying for the repairs. They told me I couldnt listen to the guidance of the professionally trained mechanics at the dealership to advise me when various services needed to be done. I should have been telling the mechanics what they needed to do. Im telling everyone I know to avoid them.

The company has zero service. The mechanic is part of their approved list of mechanics. He got them to answer the phone a month or so ago and setup a claim, but they will not answer their phone in any kind of reasonable/timely manner and have NO WAY setup to communicate with the mechanic other than phone call. They will give you the run around and say things are covered to get your money then when it time they will come up with all kinds of excuse on it being covered. Save your time and money

Gave incorrect mileage due to snowy conditions, called back to give correct mileage, man refused to take it. Called in again, no record of call. They refused a $5500. Repair on my car. Sent a bill within 13 days of taking policy, HAS TO BE 7 with mileage. Very upset ??

This company called Endurance is a scam. They are below 0 when it comes to rating them. I have two warranty plans with them and I'm canceling both. They promise you one thing and don't have any intentions on honoring them. Please people get out before you pay that money for nothing.

First claim I made was denied! I'm a 100 percent disabled veteran who is currently struggling so I purchased an extended warranty to avoid pricey repairs! I call and file a claim an I was denied. I was told " my issue was caused by an outside source so they couldn't help me!" I asked them, "Why do I pay you all for then?" They don't tell you that you must have 1000 miles under the warranty before you can use it. They only tell you that you must have it 30 days.

I spoke with a customer ********************** representative about making a payment arrangements for the 30th of May and she claims she made a note of it on file so they won't take any money out my account because I stated that there be no funds until the 30th . And they went along anyway and did a payment off my card on the 24th now I owe my credit union $111 plus $35 for no funds in my account ...meaning what's the part of making a payment arrangements if they are not going to listen to their customers...I'm so mad ??
