I bought a vehicle at a dealership and they pushed this warrias a wonderful thing, so I agreed and purchased it in addition to the cost of the truck for the duration of the loan. 5 treats its been 6 months and the warranty company is contacting me saying rates are increasing. Contacted them, and the light went silent, but without hang up, til I hung up had to have my transmission rubuilt after buying the trick, they covered $1000 of $6000 and the dealership covered $1590 and I had to pay the rest. These bottom feeders belong in jail! The worst kind of scum! Their business model is to mislead and deceive in order to get in your wallet. I received a letter yesterday from them stating that "there may be a Price Increase to our Extended Vehicle Service Plans effective May 29, 2025. After that date we may not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle." I did buy an extended warranty when I bought my vehicle two years ago. When I got the coverage the *** told me that everything was covered and even told me I was getting a special for enrolling when I did but the first issue was electrical and the claim got denied. I ended up paying out of pocket ****** instead of the 100 deductible. Funny thing is that I had already paid in to endurance more than that cost so I'm not paying for coverage that I don't get. Policy Canceled

Scam I bought a truck that had a 6in lift kit and 38in tires and the sales person said everything would be covered under this warranty. So I bought it and took it in for a claim and they denied it and will not cover anything now due to the tires being to big. And after dragging me along for 4 and half weeks they will not be giving me back all my money after they will not keep up their end of the contract they sold me!!! What a joke!

Paid for their "Supreme Plan". Vehicle required 5500$ in repairs. Endurance wouldn't pay a cent. Such a scam company. Save your money and RUN!!!!!

This company does not honor their warranty, they find ways to get out of honoring their warranties. i purchased a premium warranty thoough them, my contract clearing states they cover struts, at first they tried to say my vehicle did not have struts in the rear, I made sure I got two separate opinions, one from the dealership, and one from my 35 year certified mechanic. I knew I could trust him, the part is a strut assembly kit for the rear, when they realized that the car did not come with shocks in the rear, as proven by d... read more

This company is a scam. I had a $10,000.00 motor breakdown 325 miles from home. They didn't cover a hotel stay, a rental to get me home or the $10,000.00 motor repair. I have payed them $5,000.00 for a supreme repair contract plus the motor repair. This contract was the best they offered and was supposed to cover everything. It took 3 weeks to get parts to the dealer, so I had to leave the truck behind and go back in a month to pick it up. False advertising, they say you save$1400 because they'll pay$400 for a $1400 repair. Most shops don't take what they pay. They'll send you some place shady where they will keep your car for two weeks for a normal one or two day repair. Half the time they will deny it saying it's not covered. Other shops will agree to do the repair only if you pay for what they have to do which they say is not covered. What they sell you is not what they provide you with; buyer beware! I've been without my vehicle for 5 weeks due in part to their delay in beginning the claim and basically forcing me to use their supplier for the part. It was sold as take your vehicle to any repair facility, but the fine print definitely limits your repair options.
