What a ************. I bought a used truck with stock rims, they denied my claim due to the tires already installed where over sized. But I paid them 5 months worth of payments.

Do not buy an extended warranty, specially from this company. They are a horrible company that just sell lies to people. They asked me for receipts which I provided and the claim was declined. They only care about taking peoples money but not actually doing what they are paid for. Extended warranties is the worst business for customers. Dont waste your money and energy on them

The company tries to find any way possible to not cover vehicle. I paid in 2400$ and had one 140$ claim. They refunded me 500$. They say refund takes 4-6 weeks. It was over 9 weeks before I received my refund. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Theyre a joke ! I put my vehicle in the shop and was told what was wrong. Endurance told the shop I would be responsible for the labor for the break down of the motor and there wasnt a guarantee that they would cover the motor. When its listed in the contract. They only refunded me half of my money and said they refunded it because of nonpayment when they got it off my bank card faithfully every month. 1 out of 10 I wouldnt recommend.

I purchased an extended warranty, two and a half years ago, on a pre-owned *** 7-Series. It met all of the requirements(Make and Model, and low mileage) for being covered by Endurance. My Contract Purchase Price was $4956. The Waiting Period, 30 Days and 1000 Miles, was no problem because the car ran good; and still does. Endurance is a scam Ive been with them since 2021. Renewed contract twice. Today may 13 2025 my mechanic put in a repair order two failed Turbo Chargers . It took 15 minutes for endurance to deny my claim. Four years as customer ******* money to be denied when Im covered. I cancelled all business with them $6000 over four years only to be denied on the first claim. Scammers

Endurance was really nice when they wanted to sell you a policy. They told me I was getting the top policy and that it covered front to back except regular maintenance. First time I file a claim, DENIED. You only have the basic policy. The amount Ive paid every month is not for the basic policy. Now I try to reach them on the phone and was on hold for over 45 minutes. Finally hung up. This place is predatory scammers

When I 1st started claim there was a glitch, took a wk to see that I was paid up dropped tahoe off 0n March 31st just got back from aamco round rock they replaced transmission after I paid ****** for dollars even though I have 100 dollar deductible. Smh 1st transmission trash had to get replacement another 500 this time handling fees wtf then I hear had I tool it to ********* they wouldn't have charged all these fees!! Persistently sending payment notices and never being a customer. Even with dialing the toll-free number, the attending agent continued with his sales pitch after 8 attempts to inform him of not being interested in the product. He consistently overtalked me during the phone conversationabsolutely no help or resolution. Stinks of a scam and is loaded with misinformation.
