terrible company called today to cancel insurance just got it associate on the phone was terrible kept talking and bagering terrible iam GOING TO MY ATTORNEY TODAY TO CLAIM HARRASSMENT AND THE BBB TERRIBLE

Dishonest and *********************************************** I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the start, they used high-pressure sales tactics to get me to commit on the spot. The representative told me I was being offered their top-tier plan, which they claimed was nearly identical to a manufacturers warranty. These people have been giving me the runaround for a month. I have sent in all the unnecessary paperwork they asked for and jumped through every hoop they threw in front of me and they are still avoiding me and the service writer at the dealership. They are quick to take your money but will do everything they can to avoid paying for your repairs. I'm an ex Army Ranger that now works in the collision industry. I deal with insurance and warranty companies everyday. It is clear to say that Endurance is nothing but a big scam.

Endurance Warranty service is good for about 1 (one) claim and then they find every loophole they can to NOT pay again for something they should. In my case, my 2013 ******* ****** air conditioning air compressor crapped out and even though it is clearly covered in the warranty book, they denied the claim saying the clutch failed and that wasn't covered. The air compressor in a ******* does not even have a clutch so they denied the claim, even after the ******* dealership service department director explained the case and ar... read more

Zero stars is the true rating. Not only was our claim denied due to a loophole in their coverage of which they changed my coverage level due to the type of vehicle I owned without notification. We had 2 vehicles with coverage through Endurance of which they failed to properly cancel after we sold one vehicle and notified them. They failed to provide the "required" cancellation form in October of 2024 and we continued to call to validate cancellation, but they did not complete the cancellation. Run like Hell! Endurance is the Devil. I sent my truck in March for repair. A **** f150 2013 to the repair shop of choice by En- f***** durance, and here it is May and they have denied every possible claim the car repair shop has put in. So the first adjuster approved a claim and a month later the second adjuster denied the claim, saying the wheels on my truck were modified and the contact is invalid. Had transmission work done any didn't pay the full bill because it wasn't done in there time frame.This isn't fare.Also had two Universals in drive shaft replaced and I forked the full bill on that. Some of these commercials are a joke and what they cover.I can see that there rating is LOW AND NOT RATED WITH The Better Business Bureau and shouldn't Be

Signed on with ox car care and thought I would check around and they beat 100 per month and 100 deductible instead of *************************************************** 45 min 4 dropped calls 3 wrong department just trying to save people from the frustration
