Endurance denied a covered repair last November 2024 on my policy I paid for 10 months, made the dealer pull transmission apart, despite an obvious failure. So I thought I was doing a good thing by getting Endurance. I had hit a deer and had totaled my car and called E durance to cancel my policy and several people within the company I had talked to over the phone had told me I would be receiving a refund of $125. I had to fill out a cancelation form and have it notarized and return to them. Caution: At first glance the Endurance contract appears to cover a fair amount of large components. However, in fine print, Endurance states that damage to an eligible component is not covered if an uncovered component causes the damage. For example, Endurance covers engine cooling systems that includes water pump, thermostat, radiator, radiator fan and fan clutch. So I thought I was all set when my thermostat failed. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME!!!My experience with the company has been the worst! Took my car to a dealership for an alternator issue. The claim was filed by the dealership with a descriptionof the issue, fix for the issue and cost. However, the claims department totally disregarded the claim submitted and approved a knock-of alternator that the dealership doesn't sell or work with. Purchased warranty never had a claim in two years canceled could not afford on 4/4/25. They will not refund my last payment of ****** and was told they will prorate my refund based on mileage when i bought their warranty. Also in four to six weeks I may get refund or not. So for six weeks they will have my money and I have nothing. Fraud if you ask me. Don't buy from this company sham. ***** *****

This company denied a claim that was covered in the contract. Because a computer that need to be programed for the new part to read it , It was also covered in the contract, but was also denied , resulted in me to having pay out of pocket 1, 400 not including loss of earning per day rental fees emotional distress

After extensive research I decided to go with Endurance Supreme coverage plan which is the most comprehensive coverage available which is similar to your new car warranty. I was told by the sales agent that I could take my car to any shop, they would cover labor and parts, I own a *** so unexpected repairs could be expensive.
