My experience with Endurance Car Warranty Services has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I have used endurance warranties on many vehicles over the years. My issue is my vehicle was totaled so I cancelled my contract after 7 months. I had paid for over half the 4yr contract. I called to se what amount was going to be refunded and was told it takes 6 to 8 weeks for them to determine refund. Also I wouldnt get an email with amount I would have to continue calling to find out status. They cannot direct deposit only issue a check. This company is a scam. They send you a letter in the mail about a price increase, suggesting you have a policy even though you dont. The goal is to deceive and get you to sign up for some worthless service. They run multiple similar scams from ****************. Another one is ******************** ("Home Protection Program" on BBB). Should be called **************. The people behind these tactics are absolute scum of the earth, preying on others who don't know better. Shame on you.

Buyer beware! While I don't think the company has malicious intent, ensure there's a proper understanding of "Plus" vice "Prime" coverages with the latter being/providing much lesser and necessary coverage! All components and or parts are not covered, take the time to consider the specific vehicle you intend to cover with respect is age/mileage or you will be disappointed!!

They refused to pay for my repairs because they stated I had the wrong oil in my vehicle, I addresses this with the shop that changed the oil and they were outraged and I believe looking to take up their own lawsuit because they didn't put the wrong oil in my vehicle. Also, the report stated that my oil was over filled and the repair shop said there was no way they could say that because the retrieved the oil from the oil pan, so that questions the integrity of the entire report.

Dont cover for a Cataylic converter and paying a monthly payment. I fine its ridiculous. These extended warranty company like Car shield and endurance deal full of BS. I have to end up paying 1700 cause I have to talk to the dealership wanted $3300 to replace it in the beginning and I had to talk to them and said this is too much. I cant afford it to break it down for me cause it was too much money. This whole system is a complete rip off.

?? Avoid Endurance Warranty at All Costs ??My experience with Endurance Warranty has been a complete disaster. What they advertise and what they actually deliver are two very different things. They promote hassle-free claims, new parts, and full coverage at any shopeven the dealer. That has not been my reality.Endurance does not directly handle claims. After 6 months of back and forth, delays with my claim, I was denied AFTER I was told months of waiting that it was accepted. My oil changes were consecutive and they found a way at the last minute while my car was being serviced at ******** to pull the plug because of "dates." I cried so bad it was embarrassing! I had to cough up $5000 which was over priced from the jump. I've made countless all to confirm my claim , showed proof of oil changes several times. The worst experience with any customer ********************** representative(s) ever. Was given a song & a dance & a different answer from every rude & pompous employee I encountered. I could never advise anybody to do business with this company. They are the worst!!!!!
