2 claims denied. Claim 1 = I missed the 30 day claim period because I was traveling. I think I missed it by a few days. No probs...that is on me. Claim 2 = I submitted the paperwork the next day for my oil change reimbursement. The claim was rejected because I had a work order, not an invoice. I then went to the dealer and got an invoice generated showing paid by cash. A month and a half went by...no check. I reached out today and was told that the invoice has to show the same day. GTFOH. Never had to claim on my Endurance Warranty. Paid for the policy for 3 years. They denied my claim for a new engine and for a car rental. They claim it had carbon build up that cause the damage of the engine. I asked my dealership was it something I did or didn't do as far as routine maintenance. They said no. I done all necessary maintenance. Endurance order a complete tear down of the engine. Which was at my dealership, and didn't pay that cost. Paying over $200 per month for supreme coverage and still having to pay $600 out of pocket does not sit right with me. Buyer beware. Endurance pays claims according to National Labor and part Standards regardless of the brand. No, Im not dealing with a shady mechanic either. Had I known this, I would have purchased my extended warranty through the dealership instead of with Endurance. They reduced the requested amount on both parts and labor. I called them thinking that they were my original warranty company when I bought my car. My bad. The guy I got told me that I should've activated my warranty as soon as I bought my car. That was when I got suspicious. He went on to tell me the prices and activation fee. Why was my first review removed and I didnt receive any notification I purchased a vehicle warranty from Endurance nearly a year ago and have paid approximately $1,500 to date. Complete ripoff as most extended warranty company's are. I've had 2 claims and the claims agent always found certain technicalities with the repairs and will not believe the mechanic that is doing the repairs. So I've made monthly payments for 3 years and still have to pay for the repairs myself. Instead take the monthly payments and put them in a savings acct. and you'll have the money for repairs without the hassle.
