Worked with Endurance for 9 months on a claim only to have them deny it with no explanation. On several occasions they denied receiving documentation they requested even though I had proof the docs were received on their end. Constant games, delays and run arounds. In the meantime I made monthly premium payments total of $993 only to get $220 refunded. Again, no explanation. Endurance is a complete scam and will drag out claims just to collect monthly premiums.

I had Endurance warranty ,I just canceled recently. The dealership told me I have to replace the Timing belt on my 2016 VW which was covered by my plan but they denied my claim for lack of maintenance ,according to them I haven't done oil change as I should . Instead of telling me to send invoice for certain miles they just kept denying the claim. Endurance warranty company does not deliver on any of it's warranty claims. I was enrolled and faithfully paid my monthly subscription to this company. When I needed them for repairs they denied my claims but still withdrew a monthly subscription. How anyone can take your money without providing service still bothers me to this day. Very poor and false sense of hope.

Had a covered repair when I had a service contract on my vehicle. Endurance told the shop they don't cover miscellaneous charges, sales tax, or the difference on above-MSRP parts. When you get the spiel from an agent when they're trying to sell you a service contract, they lie and tell you they cover everything, and that the customer simply pays the $100 deductible.I called again to renew my contract and was told the same spiel. In Nov 2023 I took out a policy on my Ram 1500. I called in and cancelled it 6/2024 and they said no problem. 3/2025 I see I am still being charged monthly. Called in and they told me I never sent a cancellation letter. Now they want me to get a certified letter with mileage to cancel a policy I have never made a claim on? Lied when they sold it to me. Lied when I asked to cancel.

This company harassed my 94 year old mom and after I requested a refund, which they provided, they said they would stop sending her letters and emails. This did not stop so I called again, still didnt work, so I called again and the guy on the phone hung up as soon as he realized I wasnt calling to make a purchase. My mom has now passed and they got her address as my address and continue to send her threatening letters. I am now contacting the BBB. I wanted to rate it a 0 star but I couldnt so I gave it a 1.

Endurance sent me a notice regarding a rate increase. I have not done business with them. I called to straighten it out. I asked if I had a warranty through them then demanded proof. The man kept trying to manipulate. Through a circle of questions he said I would have a rate increase. I kept telling him to prove I was a customer. He kept dodging the question. He was rude. We were denied over and over stating it was wear and tear. Even after the mechanic shop sent a video of the breakdown and e-mail stating it was not wear and tear. They don't send the contract until after you give them payment information so to be safe do not give them payment information until you read the contract and even then they will find a way to deny the claim. Was having issues with the my manual gear shifting into second gear and went to a mechanic they called Endurance and they sent out an adjuster and all he did was drove around a parking lot one time and said there was no issue. The mechanic called them back and they sent out the same adjuster. The mechanic drove and showed him what the issue was and he still said there was still not an issue.
