I got a policy from insurance on a 2016 Dodge Challenger they told me everything was covered. I had to wait for 30 days and before using it well I didnt need to use it until this year Ive had it for 2yrs and put it in to the shop for some work that had to be done the window wasnt going down on the passenger side Call the warranty company and they said that the mileage was a discrepancy and it wasn't covered and they wouldnt pay for the diagnostic they denied the claim I canceled the policy and Id like to have a full refund o... read more

This is the scam of all scams. They will take your money and then deny you once you take your care to get fixed! Use a reputable company not this third rate company! Surely, a waste of time. They will allow you sign up and tell you the work will be covered. Tell you to drive an extra 1000 in 30 days and then deny the claim. Do not waste your time.

It took three separate calls to finally get my policy canceled. All the representatives I spoke to were quite untrustworthy. I will never do business with this company again. Thankfully, I found a trustworthy company to warranty my car.

Endurance is the biggest joke out there, I had a rack and pinion go out on my truck, they sent an adjuster out to look at my truck and take a video of the issue, the adjuster told my mechanic that it was definitely the rack and pinion making the noise which my mechanic had mentioned to endurance over the phone, (which is what they submitted the clam for in the first place) the adjuster sent the video to endurance so they could figure out how to move forward, endurance called my mechanic back and told them they want them to c... read more

The salesperson mis***resented the extent of coverage under the contract. When a claim for a major ***air of a part that was covered under the contract was filed the claim was denied due to damage however the damage was not intentional or due to an accident. The sales people used that as an example of what would be considered uncovered damage. I tried appealing the decision and it was again denied. I was driving last week. Realized my vehicle steering wheel was getting tight. I brought it to a certified mechanic. Was told my Power Steering needed to be replaced. Took a look at my contract. Their commercials are not true. They do not fully cover the cost of your vehicle repair. And they do not give you back a full refund. The basically rob you of your money. I paid for warranty service for 10 months $190/monthly. When it came time to fix my transmission they wanted to pay half. When it came time to fix my r rack opinion they only wanted to pay half. Their commercials say money back guarantee. When I ask for my money back because they didn't really fix anything they refunded me $200. Does not add up at all. So t... read more

Absolutely horrible business, less than stellar customer **********************. Their people are deceptive, and dishonest.Their policies miraculously don't cover anything. I supposedely bought the "Best policy" they have per my initial request only to find its tier 2 of multiple tier policies and nowhere near the "Best policy" they offer per my initial request. Had they actually sold me the top tier warranty as requested i wouldnt of just had to fork out $2100 on repairs. Luckily calls are recorded so ill be getting the $74... read more
