I have got a run around with them, i asked for a paper copy of the agreement. They said they only email copies, which i dont like. They sent me to company called Line 5, which my payments go to. Im not happy with them with either, very shady.

I had an engine replacement done under my Endurance Extended Warranty for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. While they reluctantly covered the repair, just 9 months and ***** miles later, the valve cover gasket started leaking. You would think this would be covered under the 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on the engine, but Endurance refused to help.Their excuse? "The gasket isn't covered." ******. You must have printed maintenance records that are inline with the manufactures recommended schedule. I do my own maintenance on my own vehicle's, they will not accept that .30 years as an auto technician, I provided them my state and ASE Certifications with my receipts for filters and fluids with pictures of the odometer when the Maintenance was done. They will not accept written receipts either.

This business has horrible customer **********************. I tried to cancel my contract and was treated disrespectfully on the phone. The person told me I was not intelligent for making such a request, no one would ever make a request to cancel, and he consistently repeated why I should not cancel my contract. Already starting to see the pathway in which they start looking for every excuse not to payout for a claim..so far it's only because there wasn't a date on a maintenence receipt..from what I ready online next step is they deny the parts or say it's a preexisting condition..keep you updated

This company is a rip-off. I have been with this company over 1 year. They charge high monthly rates and refuse to pay for claims service that is part of your contract. They decline the claim after your vehicle have sat in a repair shop for days. This is one of the WORST company l have ever dealt with. I highly RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE. They are not honest people.

Hi my name ****** *****, I put my truck in the shop Dec 6, I was told a month later that my claim was denied because I had aftermarket rims. So they suggested me to rewrite the car policy including the rims. So I asked were they sure it would be anny discrepancy. Two different claims managers assured me I wouldnt have any problems getting my truck fixed after I did another 30 days and 1000 miles. I had 3 different issues while having Endurance Plus warranty. I was able to file 0 claims because there was more stuff is excluded than included. Total waste of money. I've paid over $2k in warranty fees but I've had to pay an additional almost 3k for repairs. Because I'm a veteran, they were "giving me a really good price deal'. Yeah right. I guess that's how they thank Veterans for their service. DO NOT RECOMMEND
