Harassing me into buying their warranty on my ************************************************************************ unable time like this when I have my father in the hospital and them wanting to sell me a $500 monthly warranty for an old car yes sure the car may have issues in the future but why harass me into getting this service I keep getting called broke by them RUDE STAFF

I have an older car in excellent condition with low miles but I plan and need to keep it for a couple more years. The salesman spent an hour on the phone (54 minutes based on my phone's screen) with me giving me a hard sell. I did do research online while speaking with him. They seem like a good company and I'm not knocking them. Only the salesman. It seemed like a good deal so I gave him my credit card number. He reviewed everything with me and brought up '1000 miles'. This service is a total scam!! Before they approve a major claim such as engine or transmission, you must produce accurate and up-to-date service records and then commit to paying the service provider hundreds of dollars for the inspection and be prepared to pay that when the endurance claimed adjuster denies your claim. Thus, leaving you with no repairs and no car to drive and hundreds of dollars out of your pocket. Their service isn't worth the paper is written on!! Endurance has to be the worst warranty company I have ever done business with in my life. My car needed a new engine so my dealership filed a claim on my behalf. Endurance says Im no problem but we need to inspect the car. They inspect the car the first time and they can see that my claim is legitimate. Then they request all of my oil records to confirm that I never allowed the car to run hot. So I provided them and everything checks out. Watch your money that you sent to this company and watch your bank account. They will take your money even after you state that you want to cancel the policy. Make sure you have everything in writing when you cancel. Or they will continue to take money from you and then keep it and state that you owed it based off of your mileage and the year of your vehicle. Extremely Crooked!

Complete bait and switch! Agreed to one set amount for 24 months and the representative agreed to waive the down payment and I would only be charged the first installment and once everything was set and done I received an email where they were charging me for 29 months. They transferred me to customer ********************** to cancel everything who then sent me to account specialist who did try his best but in the end they were able to knock off $6 But the initial installment was the actual down payment and I still owed 24 m... read more

They had the dealership break my car down to see if what caused engine to malfunction was covered it was. *************** rings then he told the dealership to break it down further they charged 1500 to see what caused them to break down then adjuster **** told the car dealer that he believed it probably mind you probably was *********** so its not covered now my car in the shop I need 1500 to pay for the break down n 6200 for a motor they was wrong
