I had two vehicles with this company. They first was, they denied the claim because the car was over the mileage for oil change (I was travelling cross country). They squirmed their way out of not paying what was ********* son kept the warranty (after I told him to drop it after my experience). My son has a claim that is open. The warranty company did approve the claim. However, they are low balling the repair shops! I've taken the vehicle to multiple places and received price quotes, all within the same price range. My cost is 238. And I still dont feel like I am getting the best coverage for my money. I have another and it is costing me 109 and covers so much more.

Not sure that one star can even account for the frustration Ive had over the past 3 days. Bought a Tier 3 warranty on a car with 90K miles. 10 days later I hear a loud noise coming from the wheel area. Take it into the shop and they diagnose it as a bad wheel bearing. They go through the warranty process and after three days of me being interrogated, and getting the run around, they denied the warranty and stated that the repair was requested too soon. Our policy with this company had a waiting period of 90 days and 1000 miles. After exceeding but of these limits they denied my claim. Now we have sold the vehicle and they have us jump through hoops to cancel the policy. We do not have the vehicle any longer. Dealing with them has been a terrible experience. Get a different warranty company.

This service is the worst extended warranty I have ever used. Long wait times to file claims, zero resolutions for concerns/complaints, minimal coverage and refusal to replace parts of equivalent quality to what was previously installed on the vehicle. Every person I spoke with just transferred me to another person until I was eventually hung up on. For my first claim. I will never be recommending, using, or highly rating this service again.

Endurance is a scam I am a disabled single female and purchased a plan from endurance to completely cover my car paying them $120.00 a month. I kept my car up servicing it like I should. When my car quit and I took it to a mechanic that was certified endurance denied the claim saying nothing was wrong with my car. Now I do not have a way to go because I dont have $3000.00 to fix my car. If I would have just saved my money instead of giving it to a scam business like endurance I would have the money to have it fixed. This com... read more

Was disappointed you don't do batteries. I was in the hospital with a broken hip ( I'm 77 and all alone.)The point being I don't have any one to help. I was horriblely disappointed I will now have to hire someone to do it. Now I will have to decide if I can keep you all. I'm trying to believe you are not doing more for seniors especially one's all alone. Well be safe and stay warm ??and I have to wait until the first when my social security comes. This is a company that makes good use of the old bait and switch routine. I bought the plan that I thought , as it was explained to me, was what I needed. I paid in for 16 months before I had my first claim. My plan was the Secure PLUS plan, which covered the failure I had. When the mechanic shop called for the claim (the shop I was using was a certified shop for Endurance) they were told that part was not covered. My mechanic calls me with the bad news.
