We contacted Endurance for information regarding the warranty. We were given information; and decided to join the protection plan. After some thought, we decided to cancel the warranty, the same day. The next day, the monthly payment was debited out of my checking account. We immediately contacted them to advise, we had cancelled the policy, and the payment amount should not have been debited the next day. Awful company and practices,what they advertise and what the sales force is selling its not at all what you are paying for.they state that you take your vehicle to any shop you would like to repair your vehicle including a dealer and the shop gets InTouch with endurance with the problem and repairs needed, that's not how it works exactly, first of all there are a lot of shops that wont even except endurance policies as they tell the shop what part to use and the procedures that they will pay for , the shop then looks to the ... read more
Purchased a used 2014 dodge ram 1500. Was unsure how it was taken care of so called endurance warranty just in case of surprises..purchased the best coverage I could get (made sure it included electrical) I specifically requested electrical to sales person because dodges are known to have that issue. couple months went by and had a electrical issue. Endurance Warranty this company is not what they claim to be. I was broken down and called EWC for service the operator informed me that I did not have a policy with them and could not be helped after trying to contact costumer service business hours were closed. Agent lies to you and tells you items are covered on the warranty that are not. Specifically asked him about the drive belt and turbo coolant lines since those are major items on **** that go out and he directly told me that they were covered. Upon taking my car into the repair shop, they told me those items were not covered. Additionally, when going to cancel the policy it took them over 40 mins to tell me that the person who can cancel my policy is unavailable. Complete waste of time and money. Their Marketing team is doing underhanded things to get a sale to join for this service, they are putting my physical address with a name that does not reside at my home. I called to complain they said they would "block my address" they never should have gotten my address. I have never done business with them I told the person I was speaking with that if I get any more mail with my address and with a different name, I will seek legal action this person hung up on me

will not cover my repairs to my drive axle on **** f-150. I have sent them emails and have not gotten replies back to resolve the issue. I have sent photos and repair bill just shy of $1000.
This business is a rip off I had a warranty with **** business I took my car to the repair shop to see what the problem was it was something that was covered by this warranty when they sent in the estimate to them they said they wouldnt pay because my car was totaled my car was totaled because of a hail storm I got it fixed they said I was responsible for telling them it was totaled I said I didnt know that I ask for a reimbursement from the time it was totaled till knee because the money was still taken out of my account sh... read more
