This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Unreliable make excuses to not pay you I have spent money sending and resending and time calling recalling to get nothing but lies and excuses about my contract and service. I have tried since March of 2024 to get reimbursed for oil changes received the reimbursement for marches in October 24th also filed one in August of 24 repeat sending it when I repeat it sending the March invoice for reimbursement. I have a great experience with signing up with Endurance. After the initial down payment I was unable to make the payments on the scheduled due date. I needed the due date to be later in the month. We purchased our policy on 4/22 we only have three months left to and get 2 more years of coverage. Well we had a claim put in for Hubs on a pickup truck took it to a dealer to get it diagnose as per Endurance and the claim was denied wasnt covered. Cost us ****** for the diagnosis. I purchased an extended warranty from endurance that had lots of additional benefits and good consumer ratings - my only issue was that I was pressured to purchase the extended warranty plan without a chance to shop other vendors. Extended Warranty with Endurance Warranty. Talking with Endurance, I was assured several times in detail, what would be covered and what auto shops I could go to in case of repairs. I explained to them that I have been going to an auto mechanic for 10 years, he has his own business, he knows me and my truck personally, and is very reasonable with his rates.
