Thus far I am disappointed in this product and company I chose this product instead of other companies and offers.I purchased a new to me used ( 2019 )car from a dealership and it has been amazing .I took it in for an oil change and to inquire about a lurching motion that had recently started.The following things have happened since 1.Endurance claims to have 24/7 service but fails to mention that they are not open on Federal Holidays- MLK *** Day to be specific.2.The service department at **** contacted them on Tuesady Jan.... read more

I purchased an extended car warranty a year ago and recently had car trouble. One issue was not covered by contract and the other has taken a week so far with no answer. I have no car to drive for over week waiting for Endurance to approve the issue with my car. I will be canceling my contract. They keep giving me the run around. I would not purchase anything from this company.

So endurance would not cover a claim to replace a part that was requested to replace by a *** dealership! Also one of there **** was not very nice! Customer ********************** does not seem to be a priority to them it appears because I am not happy with them at this point!

I bought a service contract on October 28th 2024 have a problem with the transmission in my vehicle and they do nothing with It. They say the Transmission has to be torn down before they will approve anything. I spent $500 At a dealership due to the problems and the dealership ate $1000 because endurance wouldnt do anything so Im totally dissatisfied with endurance. I would never recommendanybody buying it. I have just canceled my contract with them.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I was a customer of this ********************************************* program for 5 years. I never had a need to use the policy. At the end of 2024 I received a renewal notification. I called prior to the 8 weeks before the policy would cancel with the intent to continue the policy. I paid for what I thought would be a continuation of the *********** forward to January 2025. Edurance found a way to not cover my first claim left me hanging now 1 year later new claim and they are dragging their feet. My vehicle has been sitting in a shop for over a week due to them "reviewing" the claim. My payment was due while im waiting **** called for that saying they cant move forward until I pay and I wasnt even late I paid the same day it was due did my claim move forward no a week later and im still without a vehicle. I called to get my name off the mailing list. For some reason they needed to know the make and model of my car even tho I had the offer number and he found me in the system. He transferred me to someone else, I swear it was him by the voice. This man kept pushing and pushing to get me to sign up. I told him no over and over. He finally put me on hold for a few minutes. When he came back he said I was taken off the list. I doubt believe him at all, but we will see.

I took out coverage and cancelled three days later. I decided it was too expensive. They resisted allowing my cancelation but finally allowed me to cancel and sent me an email for confirmation.
