In April of 2024 I called endurance to evaluate it for a Jeep Wrangler 2015 with 70k miles. .They initial point of contact Mr. ******** was a lovely and cordial person. We decided to move forward with their top service for protection on my daughter's vehicle. .I called back to purchase the service and another *** took the information and created the contract. Terrible Well greased SCAM MY money lOST as a single female traveler...my car is my 2nd home Bad!I pay lots of $$They end up covering nothing...why there are tiers You don't know but they advertise only the top tier To get that you'd have to have a car less than a year and under 1000 miles They promise and don't perform Still waiting for resolve...waiting with false hope...The more your mileage goes up, the more they win!
Save your money! Put what you would pay them in a savings account fir emergencies! They took 2+ weeks to decide they aren't going to make a coverage decision until after I pay the repairs upfront ($5800) what's the point of insurance if they will decide "after" i fix it. My mechanic said they dod something similar to a customer, after $4800 worth of work, they decided it's not covered. What a load of B.S.

Worst company i ever dealt with. You pay all this money for coverage of your car just to be told that THEY have the discretion of full or partial payment to cover. Then to go even further, my car was in the shop for weeks waiting on them to let them know what they will cover and now i have to get my car back because they refuse to communicate with the dealership. They dont honor their contract and the only resolution you have is you have to file in ********. Read the small print on the bottom of last page of the contract

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had 2 policies with this company. Cancel it after a month. Waited 4 to 6 weeks for my *********** to make sure everything was being processed. And then they tell me that one of my policy wasn't processed. So I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for my refund. Not very happy with this company

Avoid their services at any cost it's a SCAM I gave them a star since is the only option (but no star). I got my policy when my car had 116 k miles and after 4 months my water pump broke. I took it to the shop and the bill was $4200. They didn't want to repair because I didn't have my coolant flush at 100 k. Something I had no idea I had to do and not either the dealer mentioned it to me.
