I became a customer of ********************** starting in March 2024. In December 2024 I took my 2015 Dodge Durango to a ******** dealership in *********, ******* for an engine tapping noise. The overall repair estimate was around $4,500. I submitted my claim to Endurance and had to provide maintenance logs/documentstion for my last three oil changes. They ****,cancel warranty 8 months ago,called three times still getting invoices for lapsed coverage.Tired of the ignorant harassment.never again will I buy a "endurance warranty or recommend.

At first Endurance appeared to be a great "safety net" for *********** business. However after having my policy for 4 months my vehicle had some needed repairs. After bringing my vehicle to an approved Dealership for repairs my claim was completely denied. Even tho the parts were covered under my policy. I also had selected the " premium" package for my policy in turn covering an enormous amount of parts not covered under the lower policy options. Worst experience in my life and my automobile still isn't working right. Customer ********************** was appalling and you can't speak with an adjustor (the individual that decides what Endurance will cover for repairs). Don't believe the hype, you'll never just pay a $100 dollar deductible. Took over 2 weeks for a starter replacement which after replacing a battery is the easiest part to fix on most cars. The ******************* was personable and took steps to retain my business. She was great! The *********** is a legalistic nightmare. They give explanations on why THEY WON'T PAY A CLAIM. The issue is the salesmanship doesn't match the actual service.

************. Their coverage plans mean squat!! They have mechanic shops and auto dealers refusing to work with them because they refuse to cover repairs. They look at the receipts you keep on any service and/or repairs that were done BEFORE a contract with them was signed, and they decide the repair that needs to be done was a pre existing condition and they will stick you with the bill. I did my vehicle service agreement with Endurance in September 2024. I got my vehicle June 4, of 2024. Endurance is denying me because theyre saying I had a diagnosis done after I got the vehicle. Ive never had a diagnostic done on my car until I took it to AutoZone on December 20, 2024. My check engine light came on beginning of December. It went off for three days came back on, and went off again. The third time it came on I took it to AutoZone, which was December 20, 2024. It read that I had a P0014. I would be careful about doing business with this company. They sent me a personal letter to my correct address notifying me that there would be a price increase to my extended vehicle service plan effective Jan. ******************************************************************** their "limited program" based on my current mileage and age of my vehicle.The catch? This warranty is horrible. I bought the apex pro warranty from endurance and was assured it will cover everything. I paid $2995. I filed a claim and they denied it due to oil change records even though I provided sufficient information. I would never recommend them.
