I can't believe the positive reviews. I'm wondering did my zip code have anything to do with my denial. Endurance expected the mechanic to make multiple calls. They took a long time to deny my claim and the reason was ridiculous. My claim started in about late January early February. I don't think they officially denied it to about May. Oh I didn't get the official denial because the mechanic refused to go through there laborious process. Only picked that mechanic because he was an approved place. I am extremely disappointed with Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C. regarding my recent warranty claim for my [vehicle make, model, and year]. Despite meticulously maintaining my vehicle and using premium synthetic oil, which offers superior protection and longevity compared to conventional oil, my claim was denied because my oil changes allegedly did not meet the manufacturers intervals.Endurance failed to recognize that synthetic oil exceeds the manufacturer's standards for engine protection and performance, which is comm... read more

I signed up with Endurance Warranty in October. I spoke with an agent named ****** *********. He assured me over and over this specific issue would be covered in the future only to have this same issue occur 3 months later and they denied the claim. ****** lied to me just to get a new customer and take my money. ******** company and I would not recommend to ANYONE.

They are a fraud. When you read whats covered on the engine part of the warranty it covers everything. But then on different page you can find the word carbon. And if theres carbon buildup in your 10 year old car with 160k miles on it . They deny your claim my mechanic is saying it just normal amount the endurance inspector is saying excessive. After doing some research my engine has design flaw that leads to more than normal carbon buildup. So way I see it is they know that a 2.0 turbo in ****** is pronged to more than norm... read more

False advertising to the max, all major parts covered? Hardly. Oil pump, not covered, timing chain not covered, radiator not covered, the list goes on. Look somewhere like ox car or others, but run away from endurance!

If I could give 0 stars I would. So Im a young adult, I take pride in ensuring that Im prepared for lifes obstacles. My experience with this company should be considered a scam or fraud in my personal opinion. So I thought I was covered for the repairs that were needed because the contract said transfer box or transmission, but come to my knowledge that one specific part I needed was not covered for my transfer case. I spent over an hour on the phone asking questions about there warranty I was assured I could use the car dealership near me with a service department I trust after purchasing the warranty one month later I called the dealership to schedule an appointment for service and was told they do not honor Endurance Warranty at this point I contacted Endurance customer ********************** and was told my dealership is not on there list matter of fact after further checking not my car dealerships are on there approved list at this ... read more
