Not a trustworthy company I had extended warranty with company and was paying them through the dodge credit card and I called to check how long I had left on my warranty. The representative with endurance informed me my warranty was canceled for nonpayment but my credit card statement reflects different information showing payment was made in 10/23, which would add up to the $3000 warranty. Too expensive! Not easy to cancel because of having to get a notary to cancel.

I very rarely take the time to write negative reviews. That being said, I find warning people about this business is a necessary thing to do. My Mother took out a claim on her vehicle with this company, used the vehicle well over the 30 days and 1k mileage stated in her contract when the transmission decided to malfunction. We filed a claim and it was of course denied because they deemed it a "pre-existing" condition. The vehicle is a ****** and I am in fact a **************** Master Technician. They don't live up to the commercials. My truck has been in the shoo for almost two months while the adjuster is trying everything he can to find a reason to deny the claim. I even had to agree to let the shop perform a nine hundred dollar procedure that I would have to pay for if he decides to deny the claim even though he wouldn't know what he was looking at with the motor broken down anyway. They won't even cover car rental until the claim is approved. It's been two months. Does that sound right?

No cancelation policy is a lie. Once they have your credit card #, immediately assessed unauthorized charges. Refused to cancel policy, xfering you to various people who are trained to continually ask why cancel? Flat out told me- "I heard you say you want to cancel but you haven't convinced me that you know what you're talking about" I had to call the bank & shut down all cards, & begin a fraud claim. This has to he the worst company I ever dealt with I paid ******* for warranty that they denied every claim I turn in. The motor blew up in my truck . Had it towed to a shop the shop contacted agent. Endurance sent a *** out they wouldn't honor warranty saying because I had a flatbed on it. Told them dealership put it on where I bought the truck. Then they tried to say because I had a slip tank only 40 gallon. They finally had be show last three oil changes. Then they wanted motor torn down. Found a hole in the piston. They ... read more
What they told me to get me to buy this was not at all what they said I'll never refer anyone to this place
I was told I would be getting a hard copy of the contract. You sent me the contract of ********************** to use my printer and my ink to print it. Thats not going to happen. The gentleman said I would have a hardcopy in the mail within 10 days along with my Endurance ID card.
Im a disabled Marine Veteran who exlerenced the Bigest rip off ever with them. I been with them 4 months always made payments. First time I put in a claim I went to one of there companies on their websight in my area to try and make the transition easy. Their were several things that came up pre-existing condition.
